“So far, I have used this golf caddy six times...and I love it! Here are few recommendations. - my umbrella won't fit into the holder...so an adjustable/expandable holder would be nice - I tend to set the remote on top of the little screen when I hit a shot....so a spot to set that would be nice....maybe with a magnet. - Also after folding up, I wish it would it would all lock in place. There is not a good place to pick it up by without it trying to open back up. The top section locks but not the bottom section...unless I am missing something/ - This is just me....but speed 4 is a tad too slow...and 5 is a tad too fast!!! LOL. I guess I just need to pick up the pace a bit. My son just said "walk faster, Dad". I am going to order the cooler bag! would be a great addition to the cart for drinks and stuff. That's it for now.....I'll send more recommendations as I use it more.”

“I have had my Zip Navigator now of almost one year. I love almost everything about it . . . . remote control, speed, breakdown for transport, ruggedness, attachments (score card holder, gps holder, umbrella holder, drink holder and towel holder. What’s more I get the exercise without having to physically push/pull my clubs and I save $15/round in cart fees. My only critique is that it could have better balance. You have to slow down in transitions from grass to cart paths and vise versa, especially if the transition is a couple inches high or low. You need to approach transitions in a direction perpendicular to the transition to safely traverse without tipping over. One other thing, the Zip Navigator has directional stabilization. With this feature if you are climbing a hill the cart will rock back onto an 4th wheel (like doing a wheel) and if the drive wheels start slipping it can become unstable thrashing left and right trying to maintain the intended direction. If you’re not paying attention or holding onto the handles it can flip over. In these situations and over rough ground you can hold onto the handles guaranteeing Navigator stabilization and manually control the speed and direction. As you become more familiar with its operation you will recognize the areas were you can use the remote (hands free) and when you should manually direct the Navigator. Great investment!”

“I ordered a zip navigator and added a few accessories, one of which was a sand bottle. Yes I ordered the wrong sand bottle but you would think MGI would have contacted me to correct the order. The lady I talked to acted like I should have know the difference. I don’t deal on their parts every day.”

“Very, very disappointed. My wife and I both have zip navigator electric carts. $3,000 in total. I have a carry bag which does NOT stay tight/positioned on the cart. Had to rig up a way to stop it from turning on the cart and thus having all the clubs consolidate in the corner. Very, very frustrating! I then went and purchased the bag adapter bundle for another $57. When I went to install the adapter, one of the clips snapped off. Plus it worked lousy anyway. DONE! Went and purchased a new cart bag for $150. MGI should have explained that carry bags do not work well with the electric carts. Belong to a large country club and am giving BAD REVIEWS about MGI and the process.”
