“Excellent interaction with the support team at MGI. They helped me figure out what was wrong with my golf caddie. I ordered this part and at their suggestion watched a you-tube video as to installing it myself. Easy as removing 4 screws and reinstalling. As a 75 year old female, I am so pleased to be back to walking and golfing.”

“Very responsive. Just wish there was an on/off switch for the battery. The only way to stop the battery from discharging is to remove it. Not very convenient. The Stewart models have an on/off battery switch.”

“My first use of the Zip Navigator was not entirely satisfactory. I have a golf bag that is small enough to use as a carry bag. I found it difficult to securely tie it into the space provided with the straps provided. Furthermore, when using it, the front wheels came up off the ground even when it was going up a very gradual incline. I had the small rear wheels back in the farthest position. When the front wheels came off the ground it would stop moving. On the 18th fairway, the wheels completely locked up and I couldn't get it to move. I eventually had to drag it off the course. I am very disappointed by this result.”

“Thought my Navigator battery had finally died after many years of reliable service. Decided to check the charger, very pleased. New charger arrived in 2 days, buggy is now like new again, at a fraction of the cost of a replacement battery. Great service from MGI.”

“Holds the phone better than the one for the MGI Navigator AT however the arm could be longer and because of the way it is made it doesn't offer the flexibility of angle when putting on the right side of the MGI AI”

“Love it! Does the job well but you do have to watch it on rougher terrain to make sure it doesn't tip, especially when wet. Don't lose the accessories they are pricey!”
