“The cart has worked well. I ran into problems fitting my golf bags on the cart securely. I had to buy the MGI bag to get a better fit. The bag is very roomy. The rubber handles also have split. The service department has not been responsive.”

“I think there are some relatively small design changes that would make this an incredible product. The design flaws may have been for cost cutting purposes but owners discuss with potential new buyers and it ends up turning them off the purchase.”

“Zip Navigator is a great cart. One concern is with going uphill the cart tends be unstable and does a wheelie and occasionally tips over. I read in some customer posts to try adding weight to bag since I have a lighter bag, this helped a little. I noticed the new AI version has the battery in the middle helping with balance issue. Another suggestion would be to have a netting that would hold range finder or other devices. I did not receive my score card holder. Thank you Jim”

“I Love MGI Quad Navigator! However, I would like to see better parts availability in Canada! Had to purchase a part in the states, ship to a friend and then ship to me. NOT IDEAL!”

“I have 2 mgi navigators 2 mgi golf bags and many accessories. One of my bags started to rip in a couple places with use a couple times per week and had to be replaced just after warentee expired. The clip on one of my remote cracked while putting on my belt. Had to replace it. With replacement and shipping it was not cheap. The navigators themself are still working and hopefully will keep working.”

“The parcel was lost at MGI. Australia post had no idea what had happened. Turned out that the Item had fallen off the back of a shelf at MGI and was eventually found. It was delivered 2 days later.”

“From the electronic buggies I've seen on the course, MGI Golf buggies are by far the best on the market. The controls, how the buggy maneuvers and controls speed, the way it collapses for travel seems superior to other brands. I purchased the buggy from Costcos, which meant I received the buggy with separated front wheels giving it more stability.”

“Received the bungee cord and the black plastic item. The black plastic item came in a box with no directions or even info on the part model no or name etc. The box was plain. Took the item to my golf course since we have many MGI units there. No one could figure out how to use the part. I was very disappointed with the lack of information on how to use the part. I have a quad and thought the item worked for that. Patti”
