“I purchased a new Navigator All Terrain Motorised Golf Buggy at Christmas time, I lost the USB cable on the golf course, for charging my remote. So I emailed your customer support, and I was told to order a replacement through your website, I would think after spending over $2000 on a buggy, that your customer would send me one out at no. charge. I am disappointed with the outcome. Regards Daryl”

“bought a zip navigator last year and have been very happy with it . did not have a score card holder so I ordered one . opted for least expensive shipping so it took a couple weeks but arived well packed and an easy install. have two golf buddies that have purchased zip navigator carts on my recommendation and are both happy with the product.”

“Buggy keeps going to the right, regardless of the terrain. Umbrella holder is to short. Bag booster doesn’t lock into base and could be lost easily. Also my stand bag still doesn’t sit right on the buggy.”

“My MGI Zip Navigator AT works well and meets my expectations. My only concern is the seat attachment rattles and thumps over stone/rocky footpaths. The noise it makes is loud and annoying.”

“while I do believe this is a quality product, I am still trying to get used to the cart. with the Cooler that is great and the entender for the Umbrella could allow me to see as I am 6'3" and prior it was impossible to walk under while the umbrella was in. Now while I thought it was great, I have an issue with traction and with always being in a Wheelly state. My buddy told me to move the umbrella forward (although now I can't see to have to walk on the side - and I get wetter in the light Seattle area rains. I am fearful with the cooler that once I put Ice in it with a few drinks it continues to be back heavy - doing wheelies, and making it much easier to tip over - last round it tipped over 4 times. My goal is to make carrying the clubs out of my mind, so can concentrate on golf more - so I still have to figure out the right balance or add weights to the front of the cart.”

“I’m a Zip Navigator customer. I’ve had my trolley for one year. Prior to my purchase I researched the electric market extensively. I have not been disappointed, if anything I’m more impressed with the overall performance of my “Golf Buddy” I put 162 rounds of Golf in 2022 and have been impressed with the durability of the unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone. Well done MGI”

“The cup holder was exactly what I needed for my cart. It was delivered promptly, and it fits perfectly. It also appears to be designed better than the original cupholders that came with the cart. That cupholder broke.”
