“Great product. I have enjoyed playing golf with my golf cart. I also ordered a zip remote control recently and I have not yet received it. Hence I'm a bit frustrated that it has not been shipped as fast as I would have liked.”

“Love my new MGI Quad 4-wheeler. The remote is responsive, the battery is quick and easy to hook up, and the cart itself is quick and easy to get set up. Used it five times before it got too hot here in Phoenix. Am looking forward to the fall/winter, spring season. One fly in the ointment or it would be a total five-star rating. Ordered accessory clips for this and they don't fit because this used to be a BagBoy cart. Contacted the sales dept and have not heard back with a return auth. Please help, thank you.”

“Stacey was great I sent her videos of my problem, she analyzed the problem and I ordered the part. it arrived a few days later and the groundskeeper at my club installed it with the use of a helpful video that Stacey supplied and it runs better than ever Thank you Stacey”

“I have had to replace the remote twice. If the usb port on remote gets damaged, the remote has to be replaced rather than repaired. I would like to see a battery option, redesign or a replacement part. Not happy with a $180 fix.”

“Assembly wasn’t too bad. Cart looks good but it flips backwards when I put it in gear. The 5th support wheel didn’t come with it and I can’t get an email or call back regarding this issue.”

“Key pad split around left button. Eventually it fell out. Contacted MGI and received new pad and case within 3 days by Australia Post. All good now. Service and delivery of new part excellent”
