“The delivery of the battery was remarkably swift, only a couple of days after purchase. Unfortunately I could not install the battery after multiple attempts. I requested a short video, which was accomplished very quickly, thank you. Unfortunately the video didn't really help, it simply confirmed the procedure I was already using. The problem seemed to be with the port on the circuit board. I ultimately ordered a replacement remote, which again arrived remarkably fast. It works just as the original included with my purchase of the Zip Navigator.”
