“I've had my Zip Navigator approximately 2 weeks and so far it's been a great investment. I'm not as beat up after a round as I was while pushing my cart. The cart easily fits in my car trunk and is not as heavy as I thought it would be.”

“It has a lot going for it but it does not track straight. I’ve tried everything. I’m constantly tweaking it while I’m walking. Very annoying.”

“I am very pleased with my Zip Navigator. It allows me to play golf the way I enjoy it the most, walking. I have had it for over three years now and it still works perfectly. I am fortunate to be able to play frequently and I have probably nearly 2000 miles on the cart. And since I've had the cart I know of at least 6 friends that have purchased one also. What surprised me this summer was receiving a "Welcome and Thank You" email from MGI. I've had the cart over three years.”

“This buggy is the best thing since sliced bread. I bought this a few years back. As of now I have 872 miles. The battery has not ever let me down. The only thing is that the light on the charge does not come on as it is charging. And I find that if there was a raised area between the directional buttons would help when you keep it in your pocket on those cold days. Buy it if you are looking for a dependable buggy.”

“Ordered the sand bottle after I received my Zip AT Caddy. It came in a very short time and is very easy to use and store on the caddy. I might add that the Caddy itself is vary easy to control. I would recommend it highly.”

“I purchased an MGI golf electric cart 3 years ago, and more than 20 of my friends introduced the electric cart to me and I have been using it well, but MGI's service is very poor. I purchased a golf cart and cooler bag a month ago (it was a different model than the one I purchased, I think it was a cooler bag that fits the new cart), but I sent an email saying I was returning it in error, and MGI sent it in error and told me to pay for the shipping cost. did. I was so angry this time that I decided never to do business with MGI again.”

“Very disappointing customer service experience. Purchased a cooler / storage bag on sale only to find out that MGI has different parts for different models. Had to absorb cost of return. Better off purchasing from Amazon rather than OEM.”
