“Overall great product. I have been using the ZIP navigator for few years. However I had been waiting for the 4th wheel for almost a year. i signed up for email notifications when the product is available, but no notification. One time, I was just checking the web site and found out the product was available, so I ordered it right away. and even after i placed the order, it was not shipped until after 3 or 5 days. so not sure what's going on.”

“I receive excellent help from Stacey in the service center. After a short conversation, she diagnosed accurately my problem and sent me a link to order the controller and to the excellent video for a diy replacement. The cart is back in service and performing well. Very good customer service.”

“Purchased my first cart through Costco and it dies after a round and a half. Returned and ordered another, same thing and tried one last time, again the same. I finally purchased a cart from our Proshop instead of Costco and it's been rock solid for 25+ rounds. Everyone I know that tried the Costco version had the same issues. Everyone with the non-Costco version, no problems at all. Now I'm a happy customer but was close to giving up. Hopefully they get the Costco models out of production, they are junk.”

“Damaged cart twice they need to due something about their packaging first car delivered was scratched extensively so I had to send it back the next cart was also scratched not as bad as the first one. and I don't have time to be returning and filing complaints”
