“I have had several MGI buggies and they have all required replacement parts at some stage. Given that I use the buggy 2 - 3 times a week that's fair wear and tear. I recently replaced one of the motors which MGI supplied to me direct. I was very happy with the service and I was able to complete the work myself.”

“The technical staff did a great job of helping me troubleshoot and then gave me recommendations on solutions before advising that I buy a new motor control board. The problem is solved and the cart is back in service! They did all of that even though the product was not under warranty. Great company.”

“I needed a new battery as the prongs for the plugin were broken. The service representative was friendly and asked if I would send a picture of the plugin to their email address. They promptly sent me a new battery. Their service is excellent!”

“Only 4 stars because I feel some technical innovation could improve your products. I have owned a Navigator for 4.5 years and in that time it has travelled 2300kms and I have had to replace the remote device and the battery charger. Both of which failed. The remote mechanically, and the charger electrically. Still, I am very happy with my buggy.”

“I had to buy this item because my previous lower bag strap broke after just 10 months of use the old connectors were bits of plastic that broke very easily. i have seen this on a number of other mgi buggies at my golf club This new strap has different connectors which appear to be more solid and robust so I hope will last longer”
