“Very disappointing. I ordered the X5 assuming that it had a Remote Control (why would you want it to move by itself without a remote control?). I contacted support services. They told me I would have to pay for mailing to return it. They did not mention a $300 repackaging fee, until after I had mailed it back. My intention was to order one of your carts, with a Remote Control. Not sure if I will now after taking a big hit out of my wallet.”

“Purchased the zip rain cover recently Have no used it yet . I did attach it to the cart bag. It fits snug and is a heavy duty reinforced clear plastic. Not easy to access the side pockets. You need to make sure you have,what you need before installing. I think it will do a good job. It seems too bulky to store in the bag if it's not raining but will be raining later in the round. So probably best you put it on to begin with. Will report back after usingvit”

“I’m in the middle because I love MGI products (especially the AT model). The sad part is that, they do not sell this model. I have to go to Costco or a reseller.”

“The navigator works as expected and was a definite upgrade from my bat caddy. The only issue is tgat the display screen arrived with several scratches which make reading the screen difficult, and there are small additional parts which arrive in the package that are not detailed in the instruction manusl”
