“I recently had to purchase a belt clip for my remote. It is truly a necessary addition to the remote, but $30 +, including shipping is a little overboard for that small piece of plastic. From a customer relations stand point, sending a replacement would have made a lot of sense.”

“Re the remote case, it arrived quickly and the price was reasonable (postage price not reasonable but not MGI problem.) However, I will probably not buy an MGI buggy again mainly because spare parts are not available. At $2000 for a buggy that cant be used if your remote fails (not available) or the top circuit board (not available) it is just too expensive. I will be looking for another buggy soon and will be looking at other products. It's a shame because the buggy itself is a good thing I just can't repair it after 6 years.”

“I'm pleased with the cart so far...... My only complaint was MGI lowered the price for black Friday, my order was placed about a week before the sale and they refused to honor the sale price. I didn't even have it out of the box... Disappointing, Most retailers would have honored the sale price.”

“The speed control switch I purchase was incorrect for my modal MGI and I had to consult my local supplier and purchase a second correct controller. If you sell spare parts please be clear which modal MGI they are suitable for.”
