“The umbrella extender works perfectly. I would suggest the extender be included with the umbrella holder. The umbrella holder does not provide enough clearance to walk under even for short people.”

“I love the product. We damaged a wheel and the replacement is great. Only problem was you could not a replacement until they were in stock. I would think you would want to know your back orders to help know your demand.”

“MGI did everything I could expect to replace my battery charger. However I had to visit a couple of different golf shops to determine the problem with my battery not being charged was not the battery but the charger. The first two golf shops didn't have a compatible charger to prove my battery would charge. The third one did and that one charged my battery, so there was no doubt my problem was the charger. How often do such chargers fail? Is there a common fault? Do you want my failed charger to determine why it won't charge? I am surprised that it cost over $140 to replace.”

“Don't get me wrong, I love my Zip Navigator AT but after losing the remote I found that the company wanted $280 to replace it. Now, I'm all about capitalism, but when you charge an exorbitant amount for a plastic remote that couldn't have cost more that a few dollars to make, I take issue.”
