Well my biggest issue is the cart is broken. The front wheel assembly broke off when it struck an object I could not see. So right now it's unusable and I am waiting for someone there to respond to get the broken part replaced. While it was working, I love compact size and easy disassembly for storage. Battery life is good. I can't quite get 36 holes out of a charge, my course is hilly. It struggles to ascend steep slopes without me holding it upright and if the grass is also wet on a steep slope the drive wheels don't maintain traction.

You did well. My Zip Navigator now has +450 miles, excepitional piece of equipment. Yet to have issue other than stepping on the phone holder and crushing it.

Product delivered promptly in good order. Design would be more efficient if battery and housing were sold separately allowing battery replacement if housing is still functional.

In today's purchasing climate, with customer service neing so poor in gemeral, I am very impressed with the Customer Service I received by a representative of MGI. I was given excelent advise and when I placed my order, the product shipped dame day. I enjoy my cart and brag to any discussing customer service, about MGI

Product is good, but prices of accessories is unbelievably overpriced! They want to bend you over and take whatever they can from you since you are a captured customer.

The service is always good from MGI. Its just a shame you do not carry replacement clutches for the Humter Quad as it would be far cheaper then replacing the complete wheels. If you have a faulty clutch you have to replace both wheels so as the circumference of both wheels match.

My MGI ZIP 3 is great. I did order the card holder too. I like that has a lid that closes and keeps my card dry in rain. I am very happy with both

“I am very satisfied with your excellent GPS product and have been using it with great appreciation. However, I am unable to connect via Bluetooth between my app and the cart. I have exchanged several emails with your service team (Stacey Cook & Zach Hogan) and even provided photos, but unfortunately, I have not received further assistance. I truly wish to use this great product to its full potential. Therefore, I kindly ask you to either replace the product or resolve the Bluetooth connectivity issue.”
