“I've been a fan of MGI's electric caddies. They are built well (sturdy, good steering). However, I am a bit upset about this replacement battery that I was forced to purchase. While the replacement battery works fine, I have 2 issues that sour me on MGI: 1) My original remote control battery should not have died in 2.5 years. That indicates faulty charging circuitry. I know others who have had to replace their remote control battery after a short period, so this is definitely a known design issue. 2) The price of the replacement part is outrageous. I know what rechargeable batteries cost, and it seems like MGI is marking it up over 10x. That does not promote good will among your customers.”

“Ordered gearbox on line and received 1 day earlier than promised. All repaired and back on the course. Plastic gear seams to be a weakness.”

“I like the seat but sometimes it feels like it is not connected to the ground it should be connected completely to the ground once you set on it and it makes it feel like not on the ground sometimes.”

“I had to buy the remote to replace the prior one which lasted less than two years. Very poorly designed and way to expensive to replace. There should be more thought into the cost verses the price. I love the cart but I don't like getting ripped off.”

“I bought the AVI AT golf caddy. went 36 with it yesterday on one charge. no problems. love this thing. huge game changer. need to be a little careful with roots and curbs. I probably will end up buying a cart bag, as my carry/stand bag is not ideal for this... but a great problem to have.”
