“My Caddy died and MGI told me that I need to replace the Motor Controller. I bought and replaced the Controller but it didn’t fix the problem. Then I was told to unplug the USB port connector and that fixed the problem. I think MGI should have told me to try unplugging the USB connector first because that was much easier thing to try than replacing the Motor Controller and this fix was free too. Although MGI agreed to take the Controller back but still it cost me $11.55 to ship it back.”

“I love the cart and I bought second one for my wife. It was arrived and not opened yet. I will return it for the following reason. I was told gear box is not under warranty, then what else under? That is the only one it can be damaged easily just like in the car. In the car the gear is under warranty.”

“Purchased mgi zip navigator AT May of 2024 and absolutely LOVE it!! Each round of golf is a nice easy walk now no more pushing and or pulling cart and bag. So much easier on every course and in particular the hilly ones. Everyone except one in the group I golf with have battery carts. Took me a year to decide to get one, should have sooner. Thank you very much. MGI is the best from research that I did and referrals from friends.”

“The purchase and delivery of my new remote were good. I was, however, disappointed that I received no consideration for the fact that I was replacing my previous remote which was less that 2 years old and fell apart even though it was always handled carefully.”

“We were able to make the cup holder attach however it did not fit on the designed knob as designed. We had a similar cup holder break when one of our carts fell over last year and the replacement cup fit properly. This replacement cup holder was different & does not fit as it should.”
