Order number 53964473 Appalling service and follow up. Product not delivered. A watch at £275. Numerous emails asking for clarification but each time the response is to ‘be patient’. This should have been delivered on Dec31st- it is now Feb 5th, I just want a replacement or a refund.

RETURNED A PAIR OF BOOTS TO SMALL BOUGHT A SECOND PAIR STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND 2 WEEKS LATER BEEN IMFORMED BY THE BANK COULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 BEFORE THEY CAN ACT

Placed an order online, they accept the order, they take the money and then they email you several days later saying they don't have any stock! In this day and age this isn't acceptable for an online business. When I mentioned to a friend he had exactly the same experience. Think its time to shop elsewhere! Be warned if you're doing Christmas shopping...

Dont ever buy from this shop!!!!!! I ordered items 2 week ago and the money came out my bank however i still have never recieved the items, i tried to track my order and it said not found so then i emailed them, i got no reply, i went onto the live chat on their website and told them what had happened they said they will have a look for me , soon as they said that they went offline so i waited for about 30 minute to see if they came back on and they never did!!!

I received the wrong shoes and when I queried this wit Saul in Millets they said they have not got the ordered ones in stock. The shoes I received are listed as£10 less than the ones I ordered and Millets have asked me to keep them and not reimburse me for the difference - very annoyed with this poor poor service

I ordered some led camping lights from the website. Millets cancelled my order claiming to have no stock of the product. It is still showing as available to buy on their website.

Ordered items on next day delivery, the courier failed the delivery for no reason, I called Millets and they were very blase about it, not even an offer to find out why it hadn't been delivered or ask them to come back.

Online order acknowledged but 4 days later after 3 phonecalls and a dozen emails still unsure if am to receive goods. Their number aleays engaged. Chat switched off. Emails bounce back.

Tent was delivered after three days despite paying for next day delivery, tent was faulty and had parts missing. Returned to store, store sent it back to warehouse, then received same tent back with a letter stating its ok, when parts are still missing and other parts are damaged. Cannot speak to them as the automated call says 'heavy number of calls' then hangs up. Just don't bother placing your order, its part of JD Sports and they don't care.

I have place the order on 27/07/2017, I pay for it. However, since then I have trying to co contact your company by phone and email. On 4/08/2017 I have advised that the order is still not shipped, and your colleague has made reorder with next day delivery. Finally on 10/08/2017 I get hold of someone over the phone and the order was still not shipped, so I cancel the order. If I have to rate your company I will give you INADEQUATE. It simply unacceptable the way you do business and your company should be reported to training standards.

Can't comment goods as still awaiting delivery 2 weeks later. Have tried phoning with nobody picking up , email, Facebook with no answer to. Totally will not be giving them my again.

Item not delivered despite an email telling me it had. I emailed Millets customer service asking where the rucksack was and had an email from their "Customer Service" department promising they would get back to me within 24 hours. They did not and never have. I spent the next day knocking on neighbours doors asking if my parcel had been delivered there by mistake but without success. Eventually, on the following day, a lady who lived several streets away drove over with my parcel, which was very nice of her. You could argue that it was the carriers fault but Millets should have tried to sort it out and not ignore the problem. Their so called customer services are just not interested in their customers. Needless to say I will never use Millets again and would never recommend them. I am pretty sure that they never read these reviews so I doubt if their attitude will change.

There was nothing wrong with the product that I bought which was a pair of ladies walking boots or the service in the shop (Leek) What I did not like was the runaround that I had from Millets when I tried to claim on their so -called price promise .It was simply them stalling me for as long as they could and hoping that I went away which I did in the end because I was sick and tired of their excuses. You wont see me or any member of my family , friends or indeed anyone that will listen to me in a Millets shop ever again

I placed an order for sale goods from Millets website. I got a confirmation email, then a couple of hours later another email saying payment had been declined, but giving me order details so I could order again quickly and easily. I repeated the order and made sure my credit card details were correct. I got a confirmation email, then a couple of hours later another email saying payment had been declined. I phoned my credit card company to ask what the problem was – they said no problem, we’ve authorised both payments for you and so you have paid Millets twice. I phoned Millets customer service – totally useless and told me I needed to phone their fraud department. I phoned the fraud department and got an answerphone, because it was 5:03 and they close at 5pm. I left a message, but by 11am the following day no-one had called back so I phoned them again. Nobody available, so I left another message. Nobody phoned back, but I did get this email from them: Good Morning Mr Jones, All orders we receive are subject to a security review and on this occasion your orders failed this review. We wouldn’t advise as to why your order failed the review but we strongly recommend that you ensure all the details supply match that of the payment method. I can see that one of the orders required additional cancelling - this has been done for you just now. What a complete waste of time. Time to browse, time to order, time to re-order, time to wait in a queue for useless customer services, time to phone their fraud unit twice. Millets used to be good until they were taken over by JD Sports. Now a complete waste of space. The guys in the shops are still good, but their eCommerce people are shockingly bad.

I bought Hi-Tec Altitude boots which are supposed to be waterproof. On first use in wet my feet were soaked through so I returned them to Millets the following day. They were unable to refund/replace and had to send the boots away for inspection. Millets (JD Sports) returned the boots a week later saying they were unable to inspect them for Health and Safety reasons as they were wet!! Now claiming refund through credit card. Will never use Millets/JD Sports/Blacks again.

Dreadful, £120 new boots leaking on first wet outing. Sent for inspection, and sent back to me with a reproofing leaflet as I 'haven't cared for them properly'. The boots are less than 4 months old, clean, only ever used in dry conditions on Tarmac and trails only. Totally unacceptable. Very unhappy customer, buy from them at your peril.
