“Miniature Market has been an excellent source of gaming paraphanalia in the past and still supplies a wide variety of products. It has been difficult to find equivalents of items I bought in the recent past, due to stocking and production issues from their vendors. Hopefully, somebody will be working with the vendors to remove a few of the "Out of Stock" issues on the product list.”

“I'm please overall. Packaging is consistently good! Minor improvement recommendation would be to provide the link to the tracking info rather than just the number for it. I think it's obviously better if it was contained within my orders page, but I don't mind the popup window so long as it was also useful by containing a useful click link than just text I have to copy/paste and open in a sep window.”

“The perfect international store to order individual minis and aftermarket options. The only downside is the lack of localised pricing, as someone who lives outside the US it would be nice to know exactly how much I'm spending in my local currency.”

“the mini and box was in good condition, and arived a day early. the only problem I had was that I tryed to get and use the "sign up to the new leter get a discount" and the code they sent me was invalid. I really apresheated the discount the modle was all ready at and relly liked how fast and easy it was to shop here.”

“Been buying from these guys for many years. Their new website is not as good as the old as there are fewer catagories and it's much harder to find items then before. Their "watch list" system is very cool, though. I've also noticed that it takes long periods to restock items, but in some cases that could be Mfrr supply chain issues. They ship fast and accuratly, from my experience.”

“Miniature Market is easy to work with, and provides good customer support. I have ordered from them several times, and they are usually very good about it. Unfortunately my last order was incorrect, but the customer service team was able to promptly fix the mistake. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review was the lack of customer service support over the weekend.”
