Shipping wasn't expensive, but it also wasn't great. While the item did ship the day after purchase, the item took longer than expected to get to me, arriving 3 days after the initial shipment estimate. That wasn't the end of the world, but I wasn't happy with the packaging, which was sending the hardcover book in a paper envelope. I noticed a few dings around the cover and edges that were likely caused during shipping, since it didn't have any actual padding protection from shipping. I've got no complaints about the product and got the item 7 days after ordering, but the packaging wil likely keep me from ordering anything from Miniature Market again, as I ordered some other similar books from another online store at the same time and I got their stuff more quickly and in box packed with bubble wrap, so there was no risk of damage to the books.

Have gone down hill since being sold to Asmodee and then ex-Asmodee execs. Starting to see discounts dissapear on Asmodee goods so going elsewhere to purchase anything new. Occassionally you can still find some good sales on clearance products and there customer service is responsive even if not as empowered as they were a decade + ago.

Received after a pre-order which was delayed significantly, without any co.munication from miniature market. While the publisher was also not posting any information about the game, getting updated on changing expected dates of delivery or confirmation of when orders would start being fulfilled would have been appreciated

I purchased this for the sole purpose of painting the miniatures. The models are very small. I cannot speak to how this item enhances the game to which it belongs.

Miniature Market used to be great, but now that they're under different management the quality of service has greatly dminished. I've had a lot of my orders automatically cancelled and sometimes without notification. Some of those cancelled orders for whatever reason don't automatically provide me with a refund (whether Gift Certificate or back to original form of payment), and thus I have had to call and ask to have the refund fully processed. Calling is another issue, the hours for calling support aren't convenience for someone in the Pacific time-zone. Additionally, most of the time that I call, I don't manage to get to speak to someone and have to call back several times. Some of my hold-orders I release only to find out that my item is no longer is stock. Which doesn't make sense considering I pay for an item that is supposed to be in stock and allocated to me. I'm really disappointed in what Miniature Market has become.

Fast shipping. Some games are good prices. Biggest issue is the lack of availability; 60% of my wishlist has been out of stock. Feels like they stopped restocking sometime in Q4 of 2024.

For the price for so few minis, these needed to be painted better. Mine arrived looking like the Thin Your Paints meme and with serious warpage. Wizkids did us so wrong with this one imo.

It has good prices, but it has many shipping problems with games that are only sent to the US and not to other countries.

Was hoping the product would be here in time for Dice Tower West and according to the order date it should have been. Showed up while we were at DTW and unable to play it. So it just goes into the library for now.

Product was fairly priced and arrived in timely manner. Product was in poorly sealed, over sized packaging and sustained significant damage likely due to this incorrect packaging.

They have games at good prices. But shipping is hit or miss. I released holds & half came pretty quickly, the others though took a lot longer. I don’t fully understand as they were all games in stock- so no preorders to hold up the shipping.

Hi, I'm sorry to say it was a disaster, fortunately not on Miniature Market's part. The shipping was great, the packaging was spectacular (too much even, they charged me a lot of customs). It arrived on time and it was what I ordered. The dice were a disaster, the paint was missing on the numbers and even one of them has a defect. I had to paint them myself (I took the opportunity to paint the 1 in red). I haven't returned them because shipping from Spain to the USA is more expensive than the dice. It's a pity, because I ordered them expressly to complete another set of 10 dice I had. I repeat, it's not the seller's fault, the kit was defective and I didn't want to make a claim.
