Shipping was slower than expected, and I didn't get my minis in time to use in my campaign. Price was great, and communication was excellent.

A pair of items from my on hold order were missing when I requested it be shipped. They did not advise me and I did not find out until I checked my order. When I asked for a resolution, they refunded promptly, but did not offer any other recompense or alternative resolutions.

Miniature Market does offer good deals and a decent Free Shipping option, but the customer service has become awful. I know there was a move to a new warehouse some time ago. However, for a move that happened such a long time ago, it shouldn't be affecting their customer support line nor their e-mail response time. It's simply not acceptable.

First order didn’t process for over a month and then shipped without a tracking number and was lost. When I was finally able to contact customer support (after they had closed all communications for a few weeks), MM pulled through with a replacement.

I like Miniature Market. Customer service got back to me recently about an issue I had with a preorder and they eventually gave me a satisfactory answer. When they had product in, it shipped quickly and with ease. I was appreciative of their communication, even if my product arrived later than I wanted it to.

The website does a lot of things right, and though tardy, Miniature Market is usually on top of your products or refunds for dissatisfaction. The main problems with the site are its absurdly long shipping times and disregard for the card game community. To clarify, card games like the OPTCG are sold out before they are updated on the website, and the website from my knowledge and contact with support, has no limit on how many of the OPTCG starter decks or boxes can be purchased. They fly off the shelves in the first wave, usually into the hands of scalpers, who then flip the product. If they limited the purchase to cards, ID's, or accounts per month it would give genuine players a chance to purchase products without being gauged by the more aggressive and early scalpers. To be clear, even with the limit on the OPTCG they would still sell out, it just wouldn't all be in the hands of people looking to flip cards for profit.

Hey there, so I ordered 16 salvage boxes for battletech. I instantly after placing the order, decided I wanted to get one more item. I could not add or midify (even cancel) the order. Im thinking I know you don't want people cancelling orders but there should be an option. I wanted to add this item so I would not get charged the extra shipping fee for getting it separately. I called, and due to high volume the recording stated that only emails were being accepted. I emailed and got no reply until after I had received the order.. which was missing 1 of the salvage boxes. Frustration set in.. I did write a couple emails. A few days later, I did get reimbursed for the missing box, and I got an online credit for the shipping If I decided to order the item, which I tried to, but when I tried to add it to my cart, it was sold out. I was frustrated with the lack of communication at first but was happy that all my concerns were addressed when I did receive the response. I missed the chance to get the item I wanted (a laser line pen). Good and bad I guess guys. I appreciate the effort made to save me shipping and get the reimbursement for the missing item. I think the way everything was handled will keep me as a customer..!! have a good day guys.

1 Magazine in a way oversized padded envelope. Manage to arrive in as a Möbius strip. Flattening it out currently between 6 volumes of the Encyclopedia Britannica. My wife was not happy.

Overall, I like ordering from MM, but I wrote three emails, tried to call, and tried to use the chat bot, with zero response. Great deals! But be sure you never have to change anything about your order!

The rider came in a good time frame. Sadly one of the foil cards came with 2 bubble damage on the foil. It was also the card that is worth the most in terms of reselling. First time I've have any issue with miniature market and not really their fault.

Miniature market has pretty good prices for just about any TTRPG product or accessory you can think of. I've had some substantial shipping delays with them, and their customer service is mid; but for the price mostly makes up for it.

Don't go into this one thinking it's super deep, but honestly, if you enjoy a couple's night just playing and talking, this is a great one. It has some strategy to it to satisfy those of us who enjoy that part and has a simple enough concept to grasp for those of us who just enjoying something to do while we chat.

My item arrived safely, but communication could have been much better. I did not receive a shipping notification for about a week and so bought the item elsewhere in the meantime. I did not have an account when I placed the original order, so I created one in hopes that my future purchases will be easier to track.

Product 5/5. Shipping speed 2/5. Customer service response speed 1/5. Amazing laser. Couple other people at my LGS have chepaer ones from hardware stores, but they have a much dimmer light. Highly recommend the laser. The seller is okay. This is only instance of buying from them. They took over a week to ship and even longer to respond to my inquiry about why shipping was taking so long. When they did respond, they didn't explain the delay, only that the product had now shipped.
