There were so many issues with my order. Since it had a price match as part of it, they owed me a refund. It took about a week to get the refund, and they won't ship out games if they owe you money. Then they didn't refund the tax on the difference, so they took it out of the shipping queue while they worked out my refund again. It eventually shipped and then the dice tray snaps wouldn't stay snapped, meaning I basically got a piece of neoprene with snaps on it.

The only bad thing about this mini is that you have to glue his arms on. I hate gluing anything, and I really wish Reaper and their competitors would advertise whether or not glue is required.

Good starter set. However, mine arrived with a fee paints dry and clumpy and some of my minis were damaged. Aside from that, the paints work well and come with what sounds like little ball bearings already in the bottles, so it's easy to shake them.

I've ordered one of the pokeballs only to be wrapped and both became wrapped for present and besides that it was a very bad wrapping. Really dissapointed with that.

When I went to get this book I picked it up at the store on Manchester. When I went into pick up my order, and this has happened on other occasions, I felt like I was deserving the star at the counter. They were just talking amongst themselves about the upcoming MTG set. But as I have said this has happened on a few occasions. So generally I grab my stuff from the Cave Springs location. There i generally buy more than I think I was cause the staff are a more friendly.

My book arrived damaged, with the corners of the hardback cover smashed beyond any hope of repair. I sent in pics of the damaged areas and got a fast response. I could have a 20% discount on a book that was ruined, or I could get a refund after being issued a return shipping label. I chose the latter option. The sad part of this whole thing is that I know what happens to books when they ship via USPS, and had specifically asked for additional packing material to be used to protect it. When the box arrived, I opened it to find a layer of packing material on top of the book, and a layer below it. Nothing was used to pad the corners in any way, and they had been completely smashed in transit. TLDR - Customer Service Good, Shipping Terrible

Had little correspondence for several days, only to be told the day before my items shipped that something was out of stock. Good prices, though.

Somewhat slow on communication when the pre-order release date was delayed with no real indication of what the new release date was for around a week.

electronic gift cards are very slow to arrive.. needed one on Christmas morning and it took hours, which wasn’t ideal.

Not always the best price in town (and their prices have crept up a little) but their customer service is solid and they're good about getting popular items back in stock. I wish their new marketing strategy of "email me every five seconds" would curl up and die. I'm happy to hear about big sales but I DO NOT want to be bothered each time I browse their site ("You looked at a thing! Why not buy it now and these other seven things?!" The've lost some stars over time but I still rely on them for certain items that my FLGS doesn't have.

Typically I get good service from MM, but for this order it was questionable. Over a week before my items was shipped, I requested to cancel order and receive a store credit. I got no response until about an hour after I got an email saying item is shipping...then the response said it's too late to cancel. Coincidence? Purposeful timing? Idk, but it has definitely put MM in a suspicious eye for me. Again, typically MM is great, but for this order I was very disappointed.

Shipping delays and slow customer service have plagued the Miniature Market experience for a while now. MM used to be my preferred OLGS but I've begrudgingly had to look elsewhere. I hope these issues get sorted out soon.

Although the board game I bought was on sale, I had to pay for the shipment. The online platform is easy if you search for the specific product, when browsing on the day or special offers it gets a little bit tricky to separate the board games from promos, miniatures, complements, and other stuff. Even by selecting the tick boxes at the left side of the page. The shipment took longer than the platform calculated, but the item was in perfect shape.
