No complaints on browsing or buying. The box I bought took way more than the promised 4 business days to arrive (closer to a month in fact). I'm in Alaska, so I get that things are gonna get here slowly, it's part of living here, just don't put on your website that it'll be 4 days.

The box I received were missing the top antennas. Other than that, they went together nicely.

Surprised they chased and delivered on a hard to find game. Thanks! Other side was the game box was badly damaged (2 corners ripped out). Have not heard back on that one yet. Only get 3* because of a pleasant surprise they found some supply, and this may have been why.

Slow response when I had a price match and inquired about my order, but they did do right by me after I called them.

Company shipped incorrect item. After contacting them many 5 times they finally shipped the correct item. Customer service was polite and they sent the replacement in a timely manner. Item condition was very good and packaged well.

Satisfied with the products I received. My main gripe is the long turnaround on order processing. It took a week for my order to get processed and shipped out, and then I had to wait 5 more days for the actual shipping. So 1.5 weeks from order placement to arrival. But I couldn't find the paints I wanted on Amazon at a reasonable price, so it's a tradeoff.

I ordered online for in-store pick up. My item was not located. It was a bit of a cluster getting that non existent item returned and my money back.

Shipping time is still much slower (13 days from order to delivery) than it used to be. Product was nicely packaged.

Excellent service but they have not kept pace with increased online shopping. Long delays in shipping is now accepted and baked into the site now I guess? Disappointing that it took 4 days for my last order to ship a single book and two single pack miniatures from the same line. And there was such a delay in shipping that one of the minis that did not have low stock at the time of ordering had to be refunded.

I've been ordering from M.M. for a little over a year, and built most of my collection through them. I feel they don't value customers because if I'm not the buyer of an item, their customer base is so wide someone else will buy it. So while their stock is pretty on-par, I'm not thrilled with their customer service.

There were so many issues with my order. Since it had a price match as part of it, they owed me a refund. It took about a week to get the refund, and they won't ship out games if they owe you money. Then they didn't refund the tax on the difference, so they took it out of the shipping queue while they worked out my refund again. It eventually shipped and then the dice tray snaps wouldn't stay snapped, meaning I basically got a piece of neoprene with snaps on it.
