Taking advantage of the popularity of final fantasy mtg, paid $149 for preorder booster box. Now they increase the price to scalper price. Increasing prices weekly at $10+. A booster box is now over $210. Ridiculous.

I will never buy from them again. I placed two orders and paid for two shipments specifically to avoid paying additional taxes, but they combined the two, so I will pay taxes when they arrive in my country and I paid for 2 shipments. I prefer to continue buying from Amazon, which is transparent in its management.

Your price gouging is getting ridiculous. I might as well buy from local scalpers because then I wouldn't have to deal with tax and shipping.

I clicked on a link to order the Somerset Raiders and they sent me a House Davion lance. My order shows Davion my browser history tells a different story. 😢

Never received my order. Somewhat frustrating since it was expected 6 days ago, but no news or update has been given. Right now, 0/5 spent money and received nothing.

Took 2 years to deliver and had 2 items cancelled out of the 3. Wouldn't order from this site again.

The item was delayed, which is understandable. A shipping label was created and has since been idle in USPS's system for a full business week, at this point. I have already emailed and requested a refund.

Hello Scott! Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for the issue regarding your shipment! We are currently having some issues with our local USPS distribution facility not scanning our packages when they are shipped out and received at the USPS facility and have recently had a meeting with the management team there to get this resolved. We are hoping after this meeting the instances of this will drastically reduce, but we understand your frustration. Figure was smaller than expected and the wings would not glue to the body. Ended up throwing it a way in frustration. Worst Reaper mini I have ever bought.

Lousy customer service. I notified them that the e-gift card was not received and got no response. Told them again that if I got no response again I would get a refund from my credit card company. No response. Hope they enjoyed the charge back

Sadly, I do a report this did come with wrapped pieces. Miniature market was not able to replace the pieces for me due to the game being out of stock. However, they were very helpful with getting me in touch with the manufacturers and who are now attempting to try to help me replace the pieces. But overall love miniature market.

For the third time, Miniature Market failed to come through with a limited or exclusive model that I ordered. They failed to send me a Christmas box two years ago, saying they didn't get their allotment, they failed to send a popular sale item last year, their system inventory was off and this time they said the shipment was lost. I have learned that for limited or exclusive merchandise MM is not the place to rely on.

Greetings! I apologize for the inconvenience this order has caused. Looking at your order, it actually looks like it was delivered on 12/23. USPS occasionally does not update the tracking information until the final distribution facility has received your package for final delivery, which seems to be the case in this instance. I apologize again for the delay the carrier had with this order. Happy Holidays!

OK, so these dice are...fine. If you want custom Cthulhu Wars dice, these are them. Unfortunately for customers of Petersen Games latest Cthulhu Wars campaigns, these Invasion faction dice are the only ones from the latest production batch that are properly red in color...so they are now my Black Goat (red faction) dice (the official BG dice as manufactured being so dark as to be unusable...). So, one star, because despite forking over cash for the big all-faction dice pack, I still had to buy an EXTRA set of dice for a faction I don't own (a shoddy cash-grab faction to boot...) to get a usable red set. To be fair, PG was made aware of the dice color issues (also making Daemon Sultan and grey/silver dice sets virtually unusable...)...and they told their customers that unreadable dice colors were intentional, i.e. "pound sand". The dice also ship greasy, which I have never seen from any other manufacturer. Not looking forward to soaping and scrubbing these dice, but it is what it is. Since this will likely be my last purchase from Petersen Games, I just wanted to give folks fair warning: Invasion dice = red, Black Goat / Daemon Sultan / grey dice = too dark and not recommended, at least from the latest OS4 production run.
