“Picked the wrong thing, thought it was a game for beginners”

“Communication this round of game ordering was lacking. Our order was late and we could not get assistance. We placed a pre order on many games but they can't be shipped until everything is available. What if there is a time when everything isn't in stock at one time? In our case there was a short window when everything was in stock and nothing shipped. My husband called and we both emailed and they kept saying they would ping the warehouse. Previously we haven't had a problem with them but this time the frustration level was super high. Not sure if we would place pre orders again”

“I am a fan of the character and the game design around it. I wanted to give it more stars but I honestly cant for only delivering one character when they could have easily added two more (carnage and screech would have been obvious). I dont think this is a habit they should continue, but the character is great and art is amazing.”

“The decks were fine, I was disappointed that the decks were sold for a discount after I bought from you guys through Amazon (for much higher cost) then my request to cancel my amazon transaction wasn't responded to. Cost me an extra 40 dollars a display for the two displays I ordered through Amazon. I opened them as the return wasn't worth the hassle.”

“I ordered 4 of them. Good details on the Iron Defenders, not so much on the cobra’s. The faces of all the cobras were sloppily molded. Made the face details very poor. Fairly inexpensive for them though. Still worth the price for the Iron defenders.”

“Usually good but ordered two items. Big item went on my card and got confirmation. A day later was told thete was an error and it was not available. This happens with a competitor and I hope MM doesnt start this all the time. The other place is huge and lost my business. Going to order again but this kind of thing leaves a bad taste. Would have been 4 or 5 stars. Time will tell.”

“I first paid for this as part of another order, in which there was a mix up and it was never sent. After contacting customer service, they offered to refund my money or ship out the remainder of the order. I asked for the rest of the shipment to be sent. It was not expedited delivery, but otherwise came as expected. No damage to any of the product. Overall an average experience when a shipping mishap occurs. Would still order from them. Nothing negative to report.”

“MM's prices and selection are always great; and, even during their warehouse transition, they managed to get my order to me in just a few days. This time there was an issue with the product missing parts, but this was a problem with the manufacturer. The response to my email took a bit long, and ultimately I didn't get all the replacement parts that I needed, but it at least appeared to be a genuine effort and I'm happy enough to keep coming back.”
