Hey there, so I ordered 16 salvage boxes for battletech. I instantly after placing the order, decided I wanted to get one more item. I could not add or midify (even cancel) the order. Im thinking I know you don't want people cancelling orders but there should be an option. I wanted to add this item so I would not get charged the extra shipping fee for getting it separately. I called, and due to high volume the recording stated that only emails were being accepted. I emailed and got no reply until after I had received the order.. which was missing 1 of the salvage boxes. Frustration set in.. I did write a couple emails. A few days later, I did get reimbursed for the missing box, and I got an online credit for the shipping If I decided to order the item, which I tried to, but when I tried to add it to my cart, it was sold out. I was frustrated with the lack of communication at first but was happy that all my concerns were addressed when I did receive the response. I missed the chance to get the item I wanted (a laser line pen). Good and bad I guess guys. I appreciate the effort made to save me shipping and get the reimbursement for the missing item. I think the way everything was handled will keep me as a customer..!! have a good day guys.
