I never received 2 Dire Bear Mauler in this order and still waiting for a reply regarding this issue, it's been over a week.

Miniature market is always a great seller. They are not the cheapest out there but they are one of the most consistent. Most of the time if my other sources are sold out I know I can get here at a fairly okay discount compared to MSRP. The shipping is always fast. My only issue is communication. I've sent emails with questions and never got a response (to this day) as well as calling their customer support line that is never directly answered. They want you to leave a voice mail and to me, that just reflects poorly. I would still highly suggest them to everyone though.

Ordering was easy, and a great selection of minis I needed for my campaign. The only downside is that when using 2nd day air, it actually comes via USPS, which made the total delivery time about a week.

Miniature Market provided the box I ordered in great physical condition. A few parts were missing, but I was able to get most of them using the chat system.

Prices and shipping are done very well and customer service is typically on point, but one recurring issue I've had ordering from your company is very slow shipping fulfillment. I would love to order from your company more often but it seems that every time I do it takes an extra week (or more) before you ship the product, regardless of the time of the week or time of day I place the order.

Shipping and communication from your company is very slow. It took a week for you to package and ship my items. Then when I wrote to find out why it was taking so long to ship them, you didn't respond to my email until a week after I received them which was two weeks from the date of inquiry!

Good quick game. Not as good as the original “The Game” but still fun. Harder with less people. As a hack we played 3 card instead of 2 and made it easier and last longer.

All the minis received were of excellent quality and shipping time wasn't bad at all. However, the Mimic I ordered was replaced with a small humanoid rogue sort of character, and the mimic was never received.

Great shop, more product availability than most, and for reasonable prices! For international purchases a bit unfortunate that import fee cost is not (or not easily findable) explained at check-out.

Product variety and affordability are off the charts. The time to ship is very long (2 weeks before my order was shipped). One mini arrived without its base but the overall quality is very great.

I bought three games during one of the sales. I received them and one had a gash in the bottom of the box. I know it was on sale but I wasn’t expecting it to be damaged. Still, I’m looking forward to playing it and hoping the components inside aren’t also damaged! The other two games were fine.

An acceptable game supply store. Sales are great but shipping cost and time can be excessive. "Pre-orders" do not appear to receive any priority, though. For those, you're better off with the manufacturer or your local game shop. Preordered one almost a month ago and my local shop has had a shipment and sold out. It would have only cost me three more dollars.

One of the better gaming markets. I do miss how it used to be and being able to buy old dnd miniatures and the daily deal having a penny item every now and then. Now I can't even review items unless I'm emailed about them.

Responded to several of my queries within a reasonable time frame for this product. However, one of the products I received in this order had some box damage. I would still prefer Miniature Market continue to use the inflatable plastic cushions and have the minor box damage than for them to switch to environmentally worse packing peanuts, but hopefully they can mitigate damage more in the future with packing things more snugly.

Great store and prices. Delivery took over 10 days to be processed and none of my emails were answered for over a week. I’m only a 5 hour drive away. Some items were out of stock after I purchased them, they were refunded. Everything else came neatly packed in a box.
