“Meghan was very helpful and efficient she was prompt with locating my order as it was late and hadn’t come with no updates and understood that I needed ASAP as it was a birthday present got new order sorted and sent straight out”

“Megan was amazing at replacing my order Hermes had weirdly decide to send back to Missguided. Delivery refunded and same order sent out with next day delivery with the discount I'd applied originally too! Most efficient customer service I've had with Missguided, and the most useful too.”

“I have recently become a new customer and purchasing almost every other day over the past weeks. The delivery, service and clothing has been brilliant. I have just experienced my first problem as I had some items missing from my delivery but I spoke to Megan online and she was really helpful and a credit to Misguided. I won't let this deter me from continuing to order tho as it was Black Friday and I am sure they were inundated.”

“I chatted with the lovely Anna today. She has been very helpful by adding a promotional code that I received by email 1 day after my order. This has really helped me out and I really appreciate it. Anna was very attentive and efficient. A star customer service, Thank you very much!!”

“I had Bilal speak to me today, and they were extremely lovely. My parcel was lost in transit and they could either give me a full refund or send the parcel again for next day delivery with no extra cost?! Amazing. I love this company this has never happened before and will not change how I purchase from them in the future. Great job, 5 stars :)”
