“They have really good sales and love the periodic free delivery offers as well as student discount. My packages always arrive on time and I find it really easy to make returns as the returns labels are always enclosed in the package. I also really love the random little surprises enclosed, like discount codes and samples of sweets.”

“I am a regular user of missguided and I'm quite surprised by all the negative comments. Personally I have used missguided for years and never had a problem with items not arriving on time or sending items back. Everytime I've had to send items back (and I have done quite a few times) not because of poor quality but as with all online shops, somethings just look way better in picture than in real life lol I've never had to chase them up. In fact they'll send me an e-mail letting me know they've received the items I've sent back. Now as for communication with customer services, again I have had no troubles. To be fair I've never had many issues where I've needed to get in contact with them so I don't know for sure how good they are in this aspect but I can say I e-mailed them a query about an order I had just placed and someone got back to me on the same day. This was in January. One thing I HAVE noticed many people mention which unfortunately i too can agree with...is their tracking number and Hermes. Everytime i try to track it never works or the most i get is 'your delivery is with the courier'. No information on rough times will be delivered. With Hermes you never know what time they will come. One time I had a sat delivery arrive late in the evening (this was around NY times so maybe they were busy). BUT with all that said even though I can't track my delivery, once it has been delivered I always get an email or text saying my parcel has been delivered which is useful for times it comes when I'm not at home but some1 else is. Sorry for this long a** review lol but I just felt I should share my positive experiences with missguided amongst all the surprisingly negative. I also find their quality of clothing much better than Boohoo. And 1 final thing sometimes with your delivery they will give you promo codes for discounts on your next order. “I am a first-time customer from the US. To be honest, after all the negative reviews, I was VERY hesitant to buy. Most of the bad reviews claim one or two of the following: quality is bad, they send the wrong size, item, missing item, VERY late deliveries, and untrackable package. However, after looking at their items online and what some Youtubers got, I decided to take a leap of faith. After all, none of them claimed it was SCAM. Moreover, out of all the affordable online stores I was browsing, I found theirs to match my style and they looked very cute, stylish and elegant for me. I knew what I was getting into, so I honestly did not EXPECT much. I ordered 6 items (UK SIZE 2) which were all ON SALE, and I placed my order on March 16, 2016. The total was 61.20 (I used the student discount code as well). I would have spent MORE, but my boyfriend advised me not to spend more than $100 JUST IN CASE. I paid via Paypal (I heard it is the SAFEST way to pay), and after not hearing from them for more than 24 hours, I got a little paranoid (lol) so I emailed them to inquire of my tracking and delivery details. I did NOT get a response; though I got an email the next day containing the tracking and delivery details. Like most customers noted, when I clicked the link, it did not work, and the details were nowhere to be found. Yet, I decided to just think positive, be patient, and not sweat it, as it is something out of my control. I believe in karma anyway. So I kept trying the link within the next few days, and I was delighted when it worked. My package finally arrived on March 24, 2016, exactly 8 BUSINESS days after I ordered (which does NOT include WEEKENDS, fyi). I was quite pleased they were right on time. To my dismay, they gave my a UK SIZE 6, and I was puzzled, because I thought, had the sizes been converted without my knowledge? Then, I tried them all, and they ALL fit me to a tee. They look EXACTLY like the photo, and I was very puzzled, in a good way. I am a VERY satisfied customer, however the SIZE part still confuses me. I hope the team can explain that to me one day. Lol. In the mean time, I will enjoy wearing what I ordered. I feel sorry for what other customers have experienced but I guess they are trying to improving their service now. I HOPE they are, if their service was truly unsatisfactory in the past. (Remember, no matter how good the food is, if the service sucks, nobody would want to come back to your restaurant)! My advice to those who are contemplating on whether to buy or not buy from MISSGUIDED, I say do your own research. If you are TRULY petrified after reading the bad reviews but REALLY wants to buy their stuff, I suggest just buy one or two items (up to you) to try their product, just spend an amount you WON'T regret!”

“Order 2 items (dress and shoes). They were delivered on time. The only complain is the size of my dress. I ordered a size 6 but it was not as fitting as it would be when trying on clothes in stores.”

“Woah, so many negative reviews... To be fair, all my orders have been next day delivery and it has come the following morning! All good. Some of my best purchases have been from there :D HOWEVER, they have a habit of not sending me the right stock, or sending me stock with rips in them. I have emailed once complaining and was told via email that I will receive 20% off my next purchase as a good will gesture..... Cool story bro. That never happened :-) I didn't even know how to activate such voucher. The email was really vague. But yes, I do still shop here because some of these products are fabulous for what it's worth... Oh and the dresses, absooooluuutely thumbs up! :P some constructive criticism - don't hesitate to make a few improvements on the customer service lads!”

“I know a lot of people have a bad experience with missguided as is shown by all the comments I see on instagram and online. However, I think missguided is perfectly adequate. I know they're not perfect but I think maybe people have too high an expectation. Obviously missg isn't going to be answering emails within 2 minutes because who does?! I have been shopping here for over 2 years and this has included ordering, refunding, talking to customer assistance etc etc. I always got a proper refund if I needed, and the clothes were a good standard. Price:quality ratio is very acceptable in my eye, I never expect their clothes to be the best quality but having said that I have a pair of denim shorts that are still going strong, about 10 dresses/tops/skirts still fine. The only thing that actually broke was a top with chains for straps and I'm pretty sure it was my own fault. Overall, I think if you're a bit more patient and learn the tricks for this site i.e. never order next day delivery (it doesn't ever come next day), then you will have a better experience. :)”
