“Ordered from here but sadly it did not turn up, went onto the Chatline and spoke to Sam and he was very helpful and informed me that my order had been lost (I chose refund instead of another item), processed my refund straight away so even though I did not receive my package the customer service was very helpful, will order off here again as previous experience has been amazing”

I ordered the red floral satin sweetheart bardot mini dress, which was good quality, made of thick material, fit perfectly, and overall gorgeous and shapewear which was as expected. The dress was a little bit constricting, but that is understandable considering the style. I ordered it to the US, so my package was stuck at customs for a few days and delayed the shipping a little. However, it still came on time, and the live chat was helpful in predicting when the package would arrive. Overall, I would order from Missguided again.”

“I like their selection of clothing. The problem is if you need to return anything you better bring a big wallet! I returned a small parcel today and it cost me 13.00 to ship it back. What a ripoff! I shop ASOS Company and their shipping and refund are free, plus I get 2 day shipping by UPS. Talk about a deal. If they don’t want to pay for the shipping cost hide it in the price of the clothing being ordered. Needless to say I think ASOS will be getting my business and not Missguided. Sorry guys!!”
