“Definitely something wrong here. Waiting weeks and weeks for a refund although they confirm receipt of parcel. Do they have money difficulties? I wont be ordering again that's for sure. You can get the same 'cheapo-wear-once outfits' from any number of their competitors but receive a better service. Shame on any celebs that endorse this nonsense company.”

Having received my return on 27th Dec 2018 I am STILL awaiting a refund despite numerous emails back and forth and being told a dozen times that the refund has been processed!! I have reported to trading standards and citizens advice. Will NEVER EVER purchase from this company again and would advise others not to.”
“No problems taking my money but trying to get a refund out of them is absolutely shocking!! I have had to chase it 3 times and I get exactly the same replies ‘I can only apologise for the delay with your refund, we are currently experiencing a slight delay with this but can confirm your refund has been processed back to your bank account.

From what I’ve seen on the other reviews this seems their standardised answer!! A month After my parcel being returned I am still non the wiser as to when they will refund me and still charge me for returning the goods they can’t be bothered to refund!! Their usual 5 working days is way over due 😡

I’ve had not so great experiences from them before dating back to the start of 2017 such as, not receiving my order for weeks despite next day delivery etc and the customer care team ignoring emails and making excuses but having recently been waiting for a refund on a returned item (first time returning something to them) I’ve waited almost 2 months. They claim they aim to pay you back within 21 days of receiving the returned item. “I ordered a size 10 in a jacket. They sent me out a Medium. The jacket was obviously too big because a medium is a size 12. I emailed them 3 times before they responded. In my email I informed them they had sent out the wrong size and they replied claiming that a Medium is a size 10. No it is not! This is basic knowledge in the retail industry. If I were to return this jacket I would be responsible for paying postal charges which would mean I would be out of pocket for their mistake.”
“Shoes are terrible quality and TINY. Got 6 pairs of sneakers and they were WAY too small and super cheap-looking. Overpriced, even if they give you 50% off. One pair had been worn and was dirty. If you, like me, shop from Sweden making a return is HELLA EXPENSIVE (93 pounds!) so now I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear. Their customer service is really nonchalant and not that helpful. Do NOT recommend.”
“If only there was an option for 0 stars. They received my returned parcel on 3rd December 2018, I was told I would be refunded within 21 working days. 2 months later and still nothing, I have non-stop emailed customer services and all I get back from them is a load of lies.
Have now resulted in tweeting Miss Pap and emailing the CEO for some answers (although this probs wont do anything as it seems as though he is a shocking CEO according to what I have read)
Don't bother shopping here absolutely shocking, would much rather give my money to PLT or misguided etc”
