This is one of the worst by far. I'm in Muscat in The Sultabate of Oman. I had to change my screen protector with them three times in 23 days because if their bad products when it is the most expensive one in the country. Yes, it is a life time change with one ryal, but imagine you have to go and wait until they fix then again it comes out. This is for sure the last time I use these guys and will make sure everyone knows their products quality not to go pay that much and at the end no quality. I have tried and spoke to them several times, but unfortunately no action taken and no even customer care basics to be done. That was a nightmare

Very bad quality , very bad customer response My front screen has been broken due to low quality of their materials , and when I tried to call them there was no response at all on mobile phone call also chat on their What’sApp The price is too much in return to the protection , i never recommend them to anyone on the whole world

At first instance, they seem to be a respectable company, yet they’ll deceive you since there prices are not stable, they’ll raise the price five times without notice and you’ll have to pay to change the face of your watch, otherwise you won’t be able to get neither refund nor your old price. And their customer service will be rude to you.

MOE Team Very unfortunate that the staff at mobile outfitters are incompetent and does not do the services well. It looks like a scam where sub- standard services and products are provided which forces customer to pay the service charge and screen replacement charge. The screen does not stay for even 2 days which raises question on the brand and services causing inconvenience. Will definitely not recommend mobile outfitters!! Time to re-think your product quality and customer services as even the managers don’t acknowledge and understand what it takes to save a brand and work towards customer satisfaction. Monika

I got original screen guard installed in 1 plus phone at Prozone Mall, Coimbatore. It has destroyed my mobile back side and camera. The vendor response is very bad. Never install this company products

I have been using the clear coat product for many years on multiple devices for our Company, however on the 02-12-23 had a Note9 done in Gulf City, within less than 24 hours there seem to be lines in the middle of the screen like scratches, visited Trinicity branch today 03-12-23 but nothing could have been done. Additionally i have been using the more priemum product: Fusion but i guess that didnt hold up. Not sure what happened but may have to look for a more durable solution.

Ukoliko vam je stalo do toga da i nakon sto odnesete uredjaj na “zastitu” isti koristite sa svim funkcijama koje ste imali i pre njihovog “strucnog posla”, onda ipak nemojte da stitite uredjaje na ovaj nacin. Nakon sto sam pokusao da upalim telefon koji je stajao 2h u zastitnoj koverti kako bi se folija “strucno” zalepila, nisam imao uspeha. Telefonu je (valjda) pao sistem. Odneo sam na reklamaciju kod doticnih i nakon nekoliko dana, skoro pa moljenja nekog (valjda) direktora i njegovog obecanja da ce mi popraviti telefon, pa kasnijeg odustajanja jer su na neki nacin ipak “zakljucili” da sam im podmetnuo pokvaren telefon, dobio sam nazad telefon kome je otkazao Face ID. Svi koji koriste apple uredjaje, znaju da takav kvar nema popravku. Inace, njihovi serviseri su otkrili da je pokvarena prednja kamera i flet kabl. Pa su rekli da ce to da poprave, pa su odustali od popravke telefona jer sam im “podvalio”, pa sam na kraju dobio telefon sa podignitim sistemom bez Face ID-a. Ludilo… Uglavnom, ne nasedajte na ovo. Nemaju strucna lica, niko ne proverava telefon kada ga ostavite, pa tako mogu da vam vrate kakav god telefon. A rade sa prilicno skupim uredjajima za prilicno skupe pare.

Got Scammed at Packages Mall Mobile Outfitters Pakistan (Mobile Outfitters Packages Mall Branch). Please be aware! I fell into deceiving demos and lifetime warranty promise of mobile protector (clear coat) by them at their packages stall and paid 10K PKR in a hope that my mobile will be safe and i don’t have to change screen protector after every few months. But to my surprise, the protector started peeling/falling off on its own within a few weeks and turned out to be 3rd quality. Visited stall with a complaint today and they had a very different attitude today. Demanded 3k more for a replacement. So what is lifetime warranty then? ‘This means we will do cheaper replacement all your life when you will visit us again once previous protector fells off’ 😂 And simply refused to be of any help!! What a shame!! Please be aware and don’t fall for this scam!!

The product and service is pathetic, I had bought matte and visited the store for some 6-7 time to get it sorted . But the issue still there , after 10-15 days the sheet is sliding out and asking to pay as it crossed a week..

Not wanting to help - no out of the box thinking or escalation process. I have been your customer for years from when you first started. We used to pay Aed 20 and free replacement - today, we pay Aed. 160 for a mobile phone and Aed 20 for a replacement (we don't want to argue on the cost of the coat when Aed. 160 is already collected) - with 18 devices minimum per year. If not an alternative, I think I can do without it. I complained at your desk and waited for a few months without response. Years of custom warranted a complain.

Very bad experience. I bought new S23 ultra and have done smart fusion full body protection while spending 250 dirhams which is quiet expensive and i was expecting some quality product. Surprisingly: 1. Bubles appeared in film coating with in 4 days of first fix. I went to shop and they replaced. 2. Again, with in month of above fix, bubbles appeared again. Coating is coming out from edges. Additionally despite their claim of 360 protection, i got dent on my new mobile corner where they failed to cover the edge. Again i have spare time, go to shop and get fix but according to my expectation will be getting another faulty product. DONT RECOMMEND.

My boyfriend has Fusion film and we are happy with its quality, but when we went to buy the same for my phone, it was out. We were offered to buy Clear-Coat and after a while I started having problems with my eyes. This film glares a lot, my eyes get tired, because instead of white I see the whole spectrum of brilliant colors (see photos and videos in the attachment). In addition, after just six months the case began to fall apart before our eyes - in the places where the buttons are located the material is too thin, so on both of our cases the material simply peels off. And the lifetime warranty turned out to be a hoax, since you have to pay 60% of their cost to replace defective covers. For the price we paid Mobile Outfitters you can buy many other cases and films, so I can't recommend anyone to buy here. We made a costly mistake by believing advertising gimmicks about a lifetime warranty, but after a while it turned out that the goods were of poor quality, and a replacement with a lifetime warranty was priced higher than a new competitor product

FRAUD ADVERTISING! PAID 89 DIRHAMS BECAUSE I WAS INFORMED FOR A LIFETIME GUARANTEED CLAUSE. HOWEVER THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THAT IF I WANTED TO REPLACE THE PROTECTOR I HAVE TO KEEP THE OLD ONE THAT THEY INITIALLY PLACED. SERIOUSLY? YOU WANT ME TO KEEP SOMETHING THAT IS NOT MEANT TO BE KEPT. IT IN THE FIRST PLACE IT WAS REMOVED WITHOUT MY NOTICE DUE OF PERSPIRATION. WE ALL KNOW HOW HUMID DUBAI CAN BE. YET YOU WANT ME TO KEEP THAT COVER IF IT WAS REMOVED DUE TO MOISTURE AND HUMIDITY? SO YOU ARE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO HOLD THE OLD STICKER UP UNTIL I HAVE MY SOARE TIME TO VISIT YOUR BRANCH?!!? THAT IS SO UNHYGEINIC.

I Have wrapped my mobile. In less than 10 days it started peeling. Apart of that the touch sensation became very poor. You got to push I order to type anything including unlocking tye screen. Despite that I paid a very expensive fees for such wrapping which is at least triple the price of others. But turned out to be a very normal silicone wrapping.

Products are Good But worst Customer Service. I bought a protector then due to some warranty claim in mobile I lost the material. I went to there Sahara Centre Outlet in Sharjah, UAE and showed them the receipt and talked to the Supervisor Joana Mary she literally denied that I took this for same phone model and telling me for that I took or for old model of the phone. Where there I already did a replacement once. One thing is sure company products are good but prices are expensive for one time if we can't get the customer service experience
