Lifetime Guarantee is only applicable if the store open in your country. This week I want to use lifetime guarantee of clear coat and end up the kiosk is gone. The phone that they provide in the website is gone. I tried to contact their instagram (5 cities) and those that you provide in the website, no one answer. I will said, do not buy it, there is no such thing like a lifetime guarantee if they close suddenly without any notice.

Paid half the price of the telephone for the special cover the first time my son dropped it broke .... Doesn't help with a lifetime guarantee when the screen is gone.

**Update** Full refund offered and happy with the outcome/after service provided. Thank you. I had my iPhone 14 wrapped by these guys in Qatar, Doha (City Centre Mall). It’s the biggest waste of money. After 2 weeks it started to peel off. I revisited the same shop and the guys offered to replace for a small fee! Which may sound fair”ish, but makes a farce of the guarantee. This technology does not work, unless you are prepared to revisit the shop bi-weekly and hand over more cash. Needless to say a very disappointed customer. My advice…… do not waste your money on it.

După, achiziția unui produs, 360 matte, achiziționat în Oradea, magazinul s-a închis, după 3 luni, când am vrut sa îmi schimb folia, în Cluj-Napoca, mi-a fost cerut prețul manoperei de 2 ori, motivul fiind ca am folia și pe fata și pe spate, produsul achiziționat inițial, fiind bineînțeles doar 1, 360 matte, sunt tare curios la următoarea vizita la magazin, care va fi taxa.

Paid $75.00 for the top fusion screen protector for my Samsung s22 ultra they say that it will withstands a high impact the sales person demonstrates it by hitting the screen with a spanner and it will not crack the screen with the fusion screen protector installed, well Today I dropped my phone from a hight of no more thay 20cm and the screen cracked so don't bother getting the fusion screen protector it might stop a scratch but will not stop it from cracking the screen, what a wast of time and money don't waste your money

I'm using start 2016 till now last year i buy new phone and i apply also but I'm not happy the quality very bad staf are careless even i told them it's not fit properly on side need to move other side it will come dry and fit even i see between phone and cover dirty they said when get dry will go it's newer gone better to use regular tempered glass and back covers. I will newer wrap again future new phone Before i was offered my friend to use now I'm just saying do not...

I am totally disappointed with the product’s poor quality of the screen protector which I paid $75.90 for. Only after 3 days of usage and multiple scratches appeared on the protector. My phone is kept in my pants pocket when not in used with nothing else in that particular pocket.

I got a protector for my new iPhone 13. In less than a month the stickers got torn when I visited the store. They replaced it with a charge of AED 21. I was never informed about the service charge. After few months during my travel the protector peeled and it kept irritating while I was using my phone for calls. I tore it out, when I visited the store which has life time warranty and claims they will replace it free of charges, the store asked me for the protector sticker which was so flimsy which got peeled off. I was never told to bring the protector sticker to claim a replacement. I’m a very soft user of my phone. I never handle it hard and There is no dent in it. This protector and their handwork is so clumsy. The service is ridiculous and awful. I would never recommend mobile outfitters to anyone.

First time having very bad way of fixing the wrapping from Dubai Deira city center outlet in GF. the stickers are up and down sticked. Not at all perfect . I lost my 115 dhs. I removed then. unprofessional staffs in sticking the stickers.

Dear Respected Concern, I had a very bad experience with your service and mall of emirates branch with the Branch Supervisor Mr. Ahsen I purchased full body clear covering for my 2 mobiles, Samsung S21 ultra and Samsung S22 ultra on 17th April 2022 and I have paid Aed. 500+ for both phones, However while i was purchasing the same from Deira City Center your colleagues were did not inform me to hand over the removed clear sheet while replacing. Today i went to Sharjah Al Zahia branch to replace the clear sheet, however they have told me they can not replace due to back clear sheet was removed by me and it was not available, i told them that i was really not aware of that since the staff from Deira City center was not informed me, however if it was informed earler iwould keep the same thing in my valet and bring it you which is not a big deal, neverthess i did not know the same. After that they called their Supervisor from Mall of emirates branch Mr. Ahsan (i am not sure his correct name, you can check with Sharjah Al Zahia branch who i spoke) first of all, Mr. Ahsan was so rude and he didn't know how to deal with an unsatisfied customer, he was more worsting the situation by arguing with me and said this is their policy and he can not make any exception and i need to pay 50% of total cost. I explained all situation as i mentioned in the above, as i didnt know your policy and no one explained me, but he was saying it is not his problem and if your staff did not inform me, it might be a communication problem. Mr. Ahsen totally disappointed me and said he dont care my concern since he care the company policy only. This is absolutely wrong, since you are a customer oriented company you will have some exceptions rather go with rules only and irrespecting and neglecting customer request. I trust you will do the needful since i didn't know to return the removed clear sheet as none of your colleagues were explained. If you really wish yoir customers to be satisfied and return their loyalty towards to you, i am expecting a professional approch from you since you already have my money with you, neither you enjoy customer unhappiness. Do not purchase any product from Mobile out fitters, they are not professtional, I, paid a huge amount for 2 phones covering and both phones back side cover was removed and lost due to poor quality and when i went to change the cover they did not replaced me and saying i need to pay 50%, this is cheating however when i was fixing at Deira City Center the staff was not explained i should keep the damage plastic covering, nevertheless the same time when i had the issue there was few customers had the same issues shared, it means they are cheating all customers.. I am strongly recomending DO NOT PURCHSE FROM MOBILE OUTFITTERS anywhere in UAE based on my bad experience I spoke to the Supervisor at Mall of Emirates branch by phone, Mr. Ahsan was not at all helpful and not at all capable to handle a customer issues with is rude attitude and poor customer skills. I came all the way from Dammam to Jeddah at Red sea Mall, because that's only where there's a Mobile Outiftters Kiosk. I've been wanting to replace the damaged screen gaurd since months now. Upon arrival at the Virgin Megastore at Red Sea Mall, I was told there's no operator/ Employee available. A huge disappointment and a poor service response.

No clear policy for the shop even the employees cannot provide clear guidance on the policy. I have Fazaa discount card and as per Fazaa the shop gives discount where the employees refuse to give. You should have clear policy and if you not accepting any discount cards just be clear.
