Very bad product.my new iPhone 13 screen is cracked now just the day after getting it.And it was just a minor impact.I am soo disappointed.

Very high price during replacement first I pay 283 Aed after this 31.5 Aed So why you take 283 31.5 is original cast and iPhone 13pro max not fully covered back camera side remaining So I don’t like this product

I had the worst experience with Bahrain branch.. the quality was average not at all worth amount spent , the service was horrible and the staff including the manager Abdulla was horrible and bad attitude with the customer.. I discovered that the warranty was a scam .. they didn’t disclose to me the terms and conditions for it at time of purchase.. and shocked me when i seeked it recently.

Unfortunately, my watch protection sticker was damaged from all corners after one day!!! of installing the full package sticker in Yas Mall - Abu Dhabi. I’m so disappointed. The issue I left Abu Dhabi now as am based in Saudi Arabia - Riyadh.

It’s not good for iphone 13 pro max not good as for the iphone before. I am really disappointed this time. It starts peeling off in 15 days. Also the color starts to change as well.

Allows customers to sign up and receive deliveries using email address with no verification. "Ahmed" managed to order a coat using my email address. The feedback links get spammed to me - you get bad feedback.

The stickers from side panel of my S21 Ultra peeled off in 1 day and that of the front peeled off in first week itself. And I have to spend AED.20 each to replace it. Very much disappointed. Never recommends.

I've had my fusion screen since 2020. But it started to crack in one place now it has bubbled all over and collected dirt under it. I can barely see my phone screen. I went to fountaingate booth yesterday but I need the receipt or they said they would accept my bank statement for when I purchased. I found that bank statement and I am going there today. I hope I am not put off again today. They tried to say I must have taken it off myself. As if anyone would do that with a screen that is meant to have a lifetime guarantee. I am not a liar. So, we will see today if they replace it.

I been to you franchisee in bahrain i been Scammed and humiliated of the way i been treated My issue is i used to have an iphone 12 and for some reason my phone back side had cracked luckily my phone is insured i took it to the insurance and the upgraded my device to 13 pro so i went back to your reseller to fix a sticker the claimed you should have iphone 12 so i said i would to fix sticker for the 13 and i bring an iphone 12 to fix sticker so the guy at kiosk said bring any iphone 12 and i fix it And when i came the next visit the didnt attend my claim 1st 2nd the guy said how promised you we fix a sticker i said the guy who was here He asked is it the philpino guy he left our company which means in way we wont do what the guy promised and you are supposed to pay again 😡 its really frustrating we say something and it turns to false statement and it didn’t stop here the promised a supervisor will contact you after five visits a supervisor contacted me with no solution yet … is this how your brand represented in bahrain

I opted for the screen protector version which is not case-friendly thinking that the material, not being glass, would curve with my screen. Instead of that, it hangs from the edges for about a millimetre collecting dust underneath. Oddly though, the screen is shorter by about 2 millimetres at the bottom compared to the other 3 sides. It looks like a screen protector fitted by myself, not a pro. Furthermore, I attempted to clean the protector with a facial tissue and the surface became scratched. It’s been weeks and hasn’t self-healed as advertised. The most expensive screen protector I’ve purchased so far, is also the worst looking.

I would just like to complain about my purchase on mobile outfitter. I was very disappointed. I purchased the fusion protector and the bumper case for iphone 12, i was easily attracted by the inclusion of a “lifetime warranty”, but now that i am planning to upgrade to an iphone 13 pro, and still i would like to use my existing purchase/lifetime warranty in your shop, the employee said its not possible. How come its not possible? We were not informed about this. That if we would change our phone we can no longer use our “existing lifetime warranty”. We had two purchased of mobile outfitter fusion on your company and we also want to make use of the same benefit to our new phone. But they cannot give us any solution about this concern. If they could have informed us that we cannot use anymore the “lifetime warranty” to our new upgraded phones, we will not avail this offer.
