I've had my fusion screen since 2020. But it started to crack in one place now it has bubbled all over and collected dirt under it. I can barely see my phone screen. I went to fountaingate booth yesterday but I need the receipt or they said they would accept my bank statement for when I purchased. I found that bank statement and I am going there today. I hope I am not put off again today. They tried to say I must have taken it off myself. As if anyone would do that with a screen that is meant to have a lifetime guarantee. I am not a liar. So, we will see today if they replace it.

I been to you franchisee in bahrain i been Scammed and humiliated of the way i been treated My issue is i used to have an iphone 12 and for some reason my phone back side had cracked luckily my phone is insured i took it to the insurance and the upgraded my device to 13 pro so i went back to your reseller to fix a sticker the claimed you should have iphone 12 so i said i would to fix sticker for the 13 and i bring an iphone 12 to fix sticker so the guy at kiosk said bring any iphone 12 and i fix it And when i came the next visit the didnt attend my claim 1st 2nd the guy said how promised you we fix a sticker i said the guy who was here He asked is it the philpino guy he left our company which means in way we wont do what the guy promised and you are supposed to pay again 😡 its really frustrating we say something and it turns to false statement and it didn’t stop here the promised a supervisor will contact you after five visits a supervisor contacted me with no solution yet

I opted for the screen protector version which is not case-friendly thinking that the material, not being glass, would curve with my screen. Instead of that, it hangs from the edges for about a millimetre collecting dust underneath. Oddly though, the screen is shorter by about 2 millimetres at the bottom compared to the other 3 sides. It looks like a screen protector fitted by myself, not a pro. Furthermore, I attempted to clean the protector with a facial tissue and the surface became scratched. It’s been weeks and hasn’t self-healed as advertised. The most expensive screen protector I’ve purchased so far, is also the worst looking.

I already had a screen protector subscription but I was asked to pay 52.5 aed to change from matt to glossy. Extremely absurd. New ways of making money

I would just like to complain about my purchase on mobile outfitter. I was very disappointed. I purchased the fusion protector and the bumper case for iphone 12, i was easily attracted by the inclusion of a “lifetime warranty”, but now that i am planning to upgrade to an iphone 13 pro, and still i would like to use my existing purchase/lifetime warranty in your shop, the employee said its not possible. How come its not possible? We were not informed about this. That if we would change our phone we can no longer use our “existing lifetime warranty”. We had two purchased of mobile outfitter fusion on your company and we also want to make use of the same benefit to our new phone. But they cannot give us any solution about this concern. If they could have informed us that we cannot use anymore the “lifetime warranty” to our new upgraded phones, we will not avail this offer.

Attended at the Bugis Junction store on 12 June and 14 June. 12 June experience was fine whereby the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, on 14 June I had found a bubble-like blemish on the screen. Went down and the staff whom attended was downright unhelpful. He tried to explain that the mark was a "scratch" and unsuccessfully tried to replicate the mark on the company's device. The staff attending further made excuse of the film protecting the phone from scratches rather than it being "scratch-proof" or "scratch-resistant". Only when I brought up to him that his colleague had mentioned that it takes about 2 days for the screen protector to set did he oblige to change another. Do take note that their advertising of "If you’re ever unhappy with the performance of any of our films, bumpers, skins, or cables, simply bring in the product with your receipt, and we make it right." could very well be false. After he replaced the screen protector, I queried on whether I could return if I was facing any problems. All he mentioned was "that's it no more". Firstly, even though the receipt clearly stated that replacement within the first 7 days is without cost and secondly, nothing was mentioned about the replacement with the small fee.

Lifetime warranty on what? My phone broke as soon as I fell on the ground, I told you this and said we are not responsible!!!! When I replace the product from you, I always pay an amount and capacity, why? Is the amount you paid at the start of the warranty not enough? I have negative experience with mobile outfitters with poor quality of material and dealing with customer service after sale. When i buy protect screen for my phone their employee committed that it is unbreakable and fully protect device, actually 2 months later the device screen is broken when i came back to him, he said it only against scratches. He is laier and very bad experience with them.

Had a horrible experience at their kiosk in Al Wahda Mall. An employee by the name of Charles refused to give us the discount offered via the Fazaa card on the basis of it being an S22 AFTER his colleague had removed the factory film that was on the phone and then proceeded to behave as though it was no fault of his own. Horrible staff, worse customer service, do NOT get your phone protected here!
