Don't ever do business with them at Gateway Mall, extremely bad service, they don't explain the process until you have paid for the product. they don't have confidence in their product, also after you have it done and pay for it, they then advise you, you have to pay R250 every time the screen protector gets damaged, falls out, get bubbles and cracks. if you going to pay R850.00 once off and R250.00 whenever you have an issue. Then I might as well, just go to a Pakistani shop and pay R100.00 every time something happens to your screen protector, for the price you pay for one at gateway, you can have 11 screen protectors done from a Pakistani shop.

Ur product is not good..the protectors are not sticks well and its become bubble.

I do not recommend at all. I had a bad experience. I recently bought a screen protector which is supposed to be of high quality and on same day after 45min pause my fingerprint sensor does not work anymore. THIS had damaged my screen. I never faced this issue when I put the normal screen protector and this came just after putting this type of screen protector which I believe was a good one.

I own a fusion starch and side pumpers to my mobile ( iPhone 14 plus model) when it damaged at VR MALL CHENNAI they are not responding and they only replace Matt finish starch reason said fusion stock is not available there attitude is real worst fellow my contact number 8667718215

Hi, this is momen first time I am using your "fusion" paper in my mobile "motorola edge 50 fusion" from bangladesh shimanto shambhar outlet and my experiance is got good. I fix the paper in my mobile on 26th August which is not fix properly then I came to the outlet and refix it on 29th August nad again after 3 days its remove automaticaly and I came to the outlet and experinceed the outlet was closed parmanently which is unexpected.

The product suitable for the mobile was not installed. The branch where it was installed was reviewed and the product was not replaced under the pretext that the product suitable for the mobile is not currently available. Even customer service does not have a solution or response.

I have been a loyal customer of Mobile Outfitters for 7 years, always relying on your products to protect my devices. However, I am disappointed with the recent service I’ve experienced. For the past two months, I have tried to get my damaged screen protector replaced, but every visit to your store results in either long wait times (at least two hours) or the material being out of stock. This has left me with a damaged screen protector for an extended period, which is quite frustrating. As a long-term customer, I expect better service and availability of materials. I was a customer when you were only one branch and the service went from bad to worse, which was worse than some of the branches. The manager himself, and from today I stopped dealing with you forever. Do not think that you are alone in the market. Better companies than you have appeared.

I bought a fusion impact protection in Dubai and got it replaced once in oman . I was told I would have to pay 21 aed or 2.1 OMR for full body replacement : the gentleman in Oman removed the side protection and later said they don’t have stock . Now nobody accepts to replace it ; more importantly I am in cairo and went for a replacement . The lady asked me to pay 690 plus 220 egp for replacing front and back with sides which is absurd ( mall of Arabia cairo ) . Unfortunately the front was coming off so I got it done for now . Kindly tell me the correct pricing I will be in Dubai and will get the rest of the sides changed

A watch is bought so that we can work out in peace. When we work out we can’t make sure where we will knock the watch or how. I am not saying anything about the quality. But within 3 days of applying . It has come out on one side. And that isn’t something I would want to pay for again. There isn’t any difference between what we pay for with you and something we buy outside for Rs. 100 or Rs. 200. I would think twice before doing something for my watch with you again.

Very bad experience as I am using outfitters products from last 6years but i am sorry to say now they are not providing good quality and services.. two days ago went to their outlet for iPhone 12pro max bumper cover replacement. The cover which they provide me is very low quality and even not fitted on mobile, yesterday i visited again for asking to replace it as its not fitted properly but he firstly misbehaved and refused to provide another one.. ask me to give additional money for new replacement I will never recommend anyone to buy Outfitters products From Oman Muscat

We purchased fusion full body protection for my phone in January 2023. Recently the cover was dirty and it came out. When we approached the shop in Omans Avenues Mall, Muscat from where we purchased it, we were refused the replacement stating they want the full old cover. The shop staff was talking very rudely and their behaviour was not acceptable.

I m a outfitter customer for more then 7 years now. I went to Ajman city center outlet for full body mobile plastic change, but the guy at ajman city center ( UAE) counter name vashnav refused to take my work n says it will take one hour I said ok no problem do it, then again he said it will take 1:30 min, i still said do it, but again he said it will take 1:45 minute n u don’t come before 1:45 minute, finally i told to the guy name vaishnav that its I don’t want to get the job done and I left. This is the very worst experience i got from mobile outfitter guy name vaishnav .

This is about the pathetic experience I had yesterday (03/16/24), I visited the store in VR mall Chennai, I’m completely satisfied with the product quality, how ever thinking about the service I feel like I was scammed by the person working there. I bought front and back fusion guard for my iPhone 15 and I was charged ₹4200(that is still fine) how ever after placing the guard I was not given a bill, when asked the person said they have registered my mobile numer on the server and a physical bill is not required also the person asked me to transfer money to his personal G-pay number which I did, now I’m thinking without the bill how will I be able to claim any thing? Someone please guide me on the procedure to get a bill for my purchase or is this how things work here in mobile outfitters…

I had the original installed on my iphone and my apple watch. During the initial installation and time of purchase they never informed me that if I am to have it replaced- as you guys claim of lifetime replacement- I would have to pay an installation fee. This is false advertisement and in a way scamming people for the sake of getting a sale. I wouldn’t recommend this given that there are cheaper alternatives.
