FRAUD ADVERTISING! PAID 89 DIRHAMS BECAUSE I WAS INFORMED FOR A LIFETIME GUARANTEED CLAUSE. HOWEVER THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THAT IF I WANTED TO REPLACE THE PROTECTOR I HAVE TO KEEP THE OLD ONE THAT THEY INITIALLY PLACED. SERIOUSLY? YOU WANT ME TO KEEP SOMETHING THAT IS NOT MEANT TO BE KEPT. IT IN THE FIRST PLACE IT WAS REMOVED WITHOUT MY NOTICE DUE OF PERSPIRATION. WE ALL KNOW HOW HUMID DUBAI CAN BE. YET YOU WANT ME TO KEEP THAT COVER IF IT WAS REMOVED DUE TO MOISTURE AND HUMIDITY? SO YOU ARE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO HOLD THE OLD STICKER UP UNTIL I HAVE MY SOARE TIME TO VISIT YOUR BRANCH?!!? THAT IS SO UNHYGEINIC.

I Have wrapped my mobile. In less than 10 days it started peeling. Apart of that the touch sensation became very poor. You got to push I order to type anything including unlocking tye screen. Despite that I paid a very expensive fees for such wrapping which is at least triple the price of others. But turned out to be a very normal silicone wrapping.

Products are Good But worst Customer Service. I bought a protector then due to some warranty claim in mobile I lost the material. I went to there Sahara Centre Outlet in Sharjah, UAE and showed them the receipt and talked to the Supervisor Joana Mary she literally denied that I took this for same phone model and telling me for that I took or for old model of the phone. Where there I already did a replacement once. One thing is sure company products are good but prices are expensive for one time if we can't get the customer service experience

I have been using your product for many years, previously I have used your scratch protection coating for my Samsung S8+ and I was completely satisfied with it. Once I put the coating on, I was able to use it for a minimum of 8 months (without any additional phone cover). This February I upgraded my phone to Samsung S22 Ultra and when I visited your outlet I came to know there is a new product called 'Impact protection' which is even thicker than the scratch protection. As I noticed it's your top end product and the initial cost is also unconditionally high for a phone protection (250 Qr). Even though I purchased it in February and during the last 6 months, I have changed the coating more than 4 times (without any additional phone cover). Once it's changed within 1 month the sticker gets damaged and the phone looks ugly. I was completely disappointed with your new product and I was thinking of quitting your product permanently. I use clear coat for my Samsung S22 Ultra. The product is very very poor for displays which are bend. I did a replacement before a month. Same thing. I did not have any issues in my earlier phones.

Very poor & bad experience.. My mobile i phone 14 pro max falls from just 1 feet & the back side of my ohone shattered.. I'm surprised.. Because i paid 6000+ rs & just from 1 feet, my phone back side is shattered. what kind of security to your customers & how can we trust you... Really really unhappy. please do the needful

Pathetic service. Useless product. Could not even last for one month. Staff has no courtesy. They only know to sell their product once and later if you have any complaint then will not even pay attention. This issue I faced in Avenue mall shop. So dont fall in their trap.

I experienced very bad customer services. I went this morning to one of your branches in MOE to have my mobile screen repaired and the cost was very expensive and cost AED975. I agreed because our agreement is that I will also receive my mobile this afternoon. later in the afternoon, I followed up with an update saying that I will receive my mobile within 1 hour. Until some time has passed, I still haven't received my mobile phone and I have sent several messages and calls but they are not answering. I hope you communicate well with your customer, and I hope you update. until now I still don't know what is the update on my mobile.

I had to change my screen protection 3 times in a week, due to peeling off issue. Even when the mobile is unused for min of 2 hours after screen protection placement.

Not worth the price. The film got peels of from the device within a week. I regret buying this. Dont invest your hard earned money on this

Just did a clear coat on my samsung note 20 ultra and my huawei watch. the huawei watch start having bubble at the edge at night. Receipt mention will have 1 to 1 exchange for it within 7 days. When bring down next day, they did not want to change a new one but they try to fix it instead it's not what as promised. Not sure if it will happen again since they only fixed it. Staff look unfriendly. Now is wondering whether this expensive protector is worth the price. Came across this shop because my friend did it and the Malay Guy is so much friendly.

I purchased the "Impact" screen protector for my Google Pixel 6 Pro a bit over a year ago. It was charged as a phablet because of the size. After a few months, it was already starting to peel and I had to pay another $10 to replace. Few months after that, the same issue was happening where it starts to peel off from the corner. I left it alone and plan to replace if it gets worse. Few months after that, I dropped my phone (screen flat) from a height of 3 feet. There were no cracks but the touchscreen stopped working. I got my screen replaced but as the protector was peeling off badly, I tossed it. I went back to get my replacement but was told I needed the original screen protector so they can send it back to US. I was never informed about this as the sales associate at the time only told me to come back with the phone and that it's lifetime warranty for $10 replacement fee. Why else would I discard the screen protector if I knew otherwise? I also asked about the impact protection and how the touchscreen still broke. I was told it only protects cracks and there's nothing in the world that can protect from internal damage. I paid a premium for this screen protector advertised as "IMPACT-the world’s thinnest impact bumper with 20-foot drop tested technology delivers peace of mind that comes from knowing your device is out there with the ultimate in impact protection" and it didn't even protect my phone from a 3 foot drop. Basically any other screen protector would have been more worth with 4x the savings (I paid around 69.90 for this protector + 10$ replacement). Needless to say, with the broken touchscreen and misleading replacement warranty, I am not continuing with this overpriced, flawed and deceiving product

Again i contact customer services indonesia. And again they played dead. Don’t buy to them, they give hope processing long (2 months), move to the other cities. The price expensive because they sell a lifetime guarantee, but when it is need to be replaced, they are holding back, playing dead. Currently so many nano skin has been sell from another company, a lot cheaper and you don’t need to going trough this trouble that I have been through. Twice! I had been going through 8 weeks for getting 1st replacement from iphone 12 and ipad 10.5, after Indonesian customer services playing dead many times. And they need to be reminded by US central mobile outfitter. Now, I tried to getting replacement 10.5, us customer services asking me to pay again like buying new. Bad company either local indonesia and central US. —— Update: they called me only after I am giving up, bought cases from another company and writing bad review. Seems like they don’t work when we don’t give bad reviews and then blame us when we gave bad reviews.

I contact Mobile Outfitter Indonesia, they are the worst. They closed from one store in one cities and required us to come to another cities for replacement. Twice tried to get replacememt, twice I had to face difficulties. My suggestion, don’t buy this mobile outfitter only for lifetime guarantee especially since they don’t make things easier for you.

Told them the screen protector needed to be bigger when screen protector was purchased, they said it would be fine. Phone still shatted and wanted $200 to replace screen and still wanted $5 dollars for the second screen protector. Was told first replacement is free. Lies

A saler person named harees in deira city center dubai. I went to change my protector including my previous one. That sales person harees wants to say i bought a 13pro protector and want to claim my warranty for 14pro. If like that what is the system for? I told him i changed it from sahara center outlet and he is saying me to go there and check record from them. If you keep sales person like this and your service is like this there is no use of taking your service.

Chennai store is a cheater, now they have stopped giving replacements, I have visited EA mall 4-5 times, every time they tell that the product is out of stock. I have paid 4.5k for a skin and which got removed in 2 months and now the unprofessional store in EA Chennai mall is not replacing it. Highly unprofessional
