“I purchased screen protector but they messed up the screen protector 2 times. I was informed to wait 24 hours and the issue would magically go away but after complaining for a refund they changed the screen protector and it was fine afterwards. Customer service is not good actually. I would not recommend your products or services to anyone and I won't be purchasing again the future. Not good at all”

“I'm asking for full protection for my samsung S21FE. Unfortunately only front cover is available and the back one is not yet in the system. Really. How come you claimed you can do for all types of phones since it's not true at all. I've been scammed with your advertisement. I ask the staff, if it's available in the future can i get the same special price, he said NO, I have to pay more again. Really 2 disappointed with the statement.”

“Waste money, all my friends said my new phone look like old phone even im purchased most expensive protectors. Made by last Sat, but today just less than 3rd day, my front & back + camera protector all got issue. When today i go replace it but staff told me this my last time replace for free. This is not my issue, either is your staff or machine skill bad or the material is bad. Not worth for spending so much for the protection but your phone look so ugly (with buble, finger print). My 1st & last purchase and would not recommend my friends to make it.”

“There is no nice finishing in work. There are air bubbles trapped underneath and frim sides protection is about to come in 3 days. Inexperienced people working.”

“the second day after installing the protection on the mobile phone, the foil peeled off at the edge, the air under the foil was also visible. The next day I asked for a new foil to be installed, which they did. This time the gluing was satisfactory, but there was glue left on the front of the foil, in the directions in which they wiped the device, I can't wash it or take it away now. Disaster...”

“I'm choosing one star because I'm not happy with the replacement I got today. My first one was on March and today I had to go for a replacement. It's poorly done job. I would have done a better job than the guy at the kiosk. I'm so upset right now, because you have to pay for every replacement almost $10 usd.”

“Ho atteso l’arrivo della bumper dal 25/09/21 ad oggi, 11/12/21, ed ora che ce l’ho posso solo dire che è terribile, molto brutta esteticamente così alta dietro e molto scomoda nell’utilizzo! In più la pellicola del retro fusion è solo in colorazione trasparente quando il telefono è opaco e la mela risulta invisibile; Infine, il taglio della fusion frontale con i cerchi per la fotocamera è molto scomoda in quanto si ferma tutta la polvere! Molto delusa dal complesso del formato per iPhone13 Pro”

“It is a waste of money they charge you a bomb I paid AED 260 and ad says it’s army protection 360 degree protection but actually it’s a thin plastic they coat and just scratch proof if ur phone falls it doesn’t protect in anyway it’s better to have a screen protector from a small mobile shop dats even worth it .Customer service sucks at Sahara centre the lady over there is rude as I got to replace the cover to another mobile they said it can be done only on the same mobile if the mobile is broken it’s obvious we will buy a new phone and may not the same series this lady said yu read terms and conditions before buying it . A total loss for me and not worth it just check the pic below they also dint agreee to give me a replacement which was under warranty.”
