I am regular customer. Unfortunately I could not show my old film coating to the service staff as I had removed it when it showed air bubbles. Have asked the person to consider and do not charge me the full charge. The person was not only welcoming and I felt very bad and requested for atleast a discount instead of charging me in full. He showed no interest in this. This is really bad experience hence I am showing the same in the rating

You taking advantage of your customers! I purchased your highest quality protection a year back and then had to change it few days only after buying it ! Then today I went to your branch in yas mall to make protection for another phone and I requested to change also the protection of my old phone bcoz it looks really bad ... but your team and kiosk manager said if I want the same quality (fusion model) that I want to put in my new phone into my old phone also I should pay an extra 160 aed ! How can this be possible and even your customer service didn't really help or do anything ! Same apply to the manager! This really the worst experience ever ...

Did two stickers recently. One for S22 Ultra. Sticker is coming off the sides . One for S21 ultra which was done yesterday March 20 and Sticker from the back is coming off. Your quality is getting worse and price is getting Higher .

Extremely manipulated behaviour from manager Haider, their staff especially haider will tell you terms not matchingon paper. They terms of condition warranty and even general terms & condition not following at all. What they show is different on piece of paper what they sell you with words. So be aware with what they say and what they show you on the paper. Do confirm their terms and conditions before buying.

I gave my phone. Its cracked. They didn't notice that thing. They asked to come after 45 mins. Even after an hour also mobile is not ready. After 2 hours when i went to collect my mobile they are asking that mobile is cracked so we need a sign for that. Irresponsible people. If they asked initially i would sign sign it before. Wasting 2 hours time after that they asked.

1st phone s21ultra I buy fusion screen protector, got problem, the screen protector not stick well 2nd phone s21ultra also same problem , the service very bad And this I just do only I feel like wasting my money to spend $69

I paid for extra protective screen 190 aed for my s22 ultra but they have put the normal one instead which scratches easily

I was not informed about the laminate which covers the sides of my watch….it doesn’t provide a 360 degree protection….if I had known about this before I would have gone for the front facing only option which would have saved me 4 OMR…So I demand a refund of the extra charged money.

Quality of work is bad and dirty after fixing mobile protection looks so dirty inside I told them at the time they said it will go but still it’s all there

The claims for life time warrenty seems to be a lie. I was denied the replacement for my mobile due to not having an invoice with me because the link sent by mobile outfitters on my email don't seem to work. Their servers are down or wrong link has been sent. Even though the film was intact on my phone but i was simply refused by their team while traveling. We pay handsome amount to get a good facility and not to be embarrassed by your sales team. I would appreciate if I get a new copy asap on my email. *staff have POOR communication to customer * they left their customer whenever new customer came without communicating with customer they’ve served. They just simply leave *staff are judge-mental on the physical aspect of the person and nationality too. *the service they did to my mobile is very POOR, what I know if they applied the protective cover they should clean as much as they can before applying the cover. The edges of my mobile is not properly clean when they applied the cover. I just want my MONEY BACK if I can. *VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
