“After coating my apple watch with few days, bubbles came up. Went after around 2 or 3 months to replace the coating, got a new one with dust underneath 🤦‍♂️”

“Every time I come I go through a bad experience and manager promise to make for it on the next visit and I have worse until last time I visited the branch during working hours however they left early and called the manager and apologized and promised for a discount then I visited another time and manager never answered his phone and today I visited again but he got promoted to another branch and manager in this branch was much worse called Alexis where he kept lying to cover all of these horrible experiences”

“I am a regular customer at your outlet in Sharjah City center as I always keep buying new mobile phones and always get them protected with a clear coat. The salesperson in Sharjah City center sold me a clear coat for my new phone note 10 plus with the lifetime warranty and suggested me to apply the mat finished coat on the front part of my phone's screen and told me u can switch to glossy whenever u like in just 10 dirhams and now when I went there to replace it to glossy he is asking me the whole amount of the new clear coat. That's ridiculous and on top of it behaving as if he is doing any favor on me with that arrogant attitude.”

“I don't know but when I went to shatsfDG he checked my apple watch and he found protection on sides but not on the screen coz i removed it as it was looking ugly. He charged me full for that....I asked for the logic behind it and he failed to convince me”

“I have been using the Mobile Outfitters screen protector from a very long time and I love it. But today I went to change my screen protect for my Samsung S21 Ultra at Sharjah City Centre branch, and he did not install it properly, and when I asked him to correct it as it had bubbles and was not properly installed. I requested him to reinstall the protector but he refused, argued, and misbehaved with me. He told me his name as Mr. Jensen, was a Philipine national. I am not sure if his name is right or no, as he was not wearing any name badge or something. This was my first and worst experience with Mobile Outfitters.”

“Ref.: Muscat Grand Mall 9445 5765 CR# 102060, Sultanate of Oman I have fully protected my iPhone XR on 01/05/2019 and recently the ring bumper was broken and the front protector showing signals of use. I went yesterday (3 Nov 2021) to the same shop (360 @ MGM in Muscat, Oman) to replace the front clear protector who was changed however at the bottom right side left a minor detail and later on the same day the start/stop button deactivated. I looked to other phone dealer last night and the technican fixed the button for OMR 5.000 This morning I went again to buy a new bumper protector under the "Liftime Replacement" agreement; however this was no honer because I didn't bring the 'old one' that I discarded because was broken. “They applied a normal 360° protection and on the second day it started to peel of, I didn't knew the quality was this bad otherwise I wouldn't have spent 180AED on just a useless lamination which peels of automatically. I would suggest everyone that not to get in this kind of scam.”
