“Lousy service, after installation of the matte screen protector, staff told me can return anytime there is an issue and they will change it no charge. The screen protector lasted less than a month before air bubbles started showing at the edges. By the way, I use my phone normally. Each time I put my phone in my pocket I made sure nothing else was in my pocket. Went back to the shop and they wanted to charge me full price for it. They also blamed me saying I used it roughly. There wasn't even a scratch on the screen protector just the edges kept peeling. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SCREEN PROTECTOR FROM THIS BUSINESS. It is not worth the price.”

“Poor quality cover on my iPhone 12 mini peels of very easily also traps dirt under the cover - to complain have to go through a long process via email - I had the cover replaced 4 times now in 3 months it’s a waste of time . They won’t refund the initial payment”

“It was mat coat, and it was affecting clarity of screen. Plus it was not protecting screen from braking, but from scratching. Eventualy I had to remove it and put clear glass protector. Expensive product with partialy function, not going to by again.”

“The person who did the coating needs training. I expressed my dissatisfaction and then a Filipino lady did the coating again. She accepted the fact that the coating was not done properly. She tried to rectify what was done. However, as expected In just a couple of days, the coating started to peel off from the sides. Despite following their instructions of leaving the phone for an hour in an envelope, it has turned out to be very shabby looking. Very disappointed. This is my feedback. Now I'd like to see how this company rectifies and makes it up to me so that I can be a happy customer.”

“Really i don't like it and always make lines in the screen between my mobile Samsung note 20 Ultra 5G screen and outfitters screen in clear screen product and i have to change it every month and pay AED 10.50 so i hope if they can make good material product for clear screen product will be great. Really i don't recommend my friends to use Outfitters once they asking me because i'm suffering from this problem from long time ago. I faced the same problem with my Galaxy note 10 plus but sales staff they told me the have changed the materials for note 20 Ultra 5G but still the same problem. I have attached one video but i hope will be clear enough to show the problem. Thanks Ahmed”

“Don’t waste your money or time ! Had mine done at the Trafford Centre… after only having fitted yep weeks the screen cracked and needed replacing. When I took it back the guy would not replace it for me as I didn’t have the receipt with me… even though I showed him on my phone the date of purchase on my bank transactions.. the guy was rude and the product was poor.. he then offered to replace the front for £30 !”
