“I have note 10+ & im using mate clear coat which is lifted up from edge sides, almost they fix 5 times in a weak but still the issue is same even i rise my complaint to management but still they didn't replay.”

“Their quality of the products has really gone down the protection of the phone isn't done properly.I got my iPhone 12 protected with them and it has problems from the first day as it wasn't done properly even after paying so much. Pathetic service”

“One of the worst products in the price bracket I have used and I came across many working from the telecommunications industry. I have spent £60 as I liked the look of my phone and did not want to cover it with the traditional case. I was assured by the sales person that the additional case was not required unless I tend to drop the phone frequently and wanted to protect the corners. That’s already a contradiction to what’s being advertised. The case started to peel off within days but I was not able to come to the centre straight away as I could not travel. When I got here today I was told that I would have to pay £12 labour cost!!! This is ridiculous! Correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t the warranty supposed to cover material and cost for at least 12 months? Do not use the product as there are other more superior product that cost less. Trading standards here I come.”

I regret I am sharing my bad experiences here 1.Cheating customers by providing wrong information at shop 2.Poor material quality 3. Lack of proper workmanship 4. No proper stock of material 5. “Quality of the product is great but the customer service is bad. Real bad. They franchise to people and doesn’t bother what they do how they treat customers. Amazon’s 50 AED fits perfectly and does better work for the cost. Just because their product is good they act smart. Even if their team tells you something the franchise people won’t respect you. Keep sending you back and forth saying simple reasons and finally tell you sorry it’s more than 15 days we won’t refund. They don’t communicate properly. Completely misleading marketing. Just money making minded people.”
