“I used a screen guard from Mobile Outfitters in Festival City, Dubai for the first time for my I watch and I phone and was very satisfied with the quality. The product lasted me quite a while until I started using their services at Ibn Batuta Mall. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!! The screen guard started peeling off 2 weeks after, and thought I give them the benefit of the doubt and went there again and the same thing happened, the screen guard peeled off in about 2 weeks. I spoke to the supervisor there who was extremely defensive and was not helpful at all! I will never use the services again, the company needs to look into producing quality products and keep it consistent. You also need to train your staff to be more helpful and not just give me a phone number and ask me to call and complain.”

“Awful product and terrible service. The life time guarantee is worthless. IPhone cover started peeling after three weeks and when we went back to the stand, Junaid in Touchwood was happy to confirm that it was defective and he would replace it…..at a cost of £12…… so how is this a lifetime guarantee when it is only guaranteed for 14days. Why would anyone pay a premium for something that only lasts for 3 weeks I can easily just buy a £10 cover that will, in my experience last at least 1yr. When we asked for a telephone number to speak with someone we were repeatedly pointed to the email address on the guarantee form. I have to say, we were met with a well rehearsed script so I can surmise by this experience and all of the negative reviews, that this is a common issue. My advice is to read the reviews and the very very small print and then make up your own mind.”

“I did a full mobile cover in your Dubai branch at the Dubai mall and there was an Indian guy who told that this will have a lifetime guarantee this was at September or October I'm not sure but however I told him I want to travel and live in Turkey he told me no problem even in Turkey you will have a full life guarantee and they will change it for free for you so I paid him a lot of money for the cover which is the screen protector on the back side and the sides of the phone so now after all of this months I went to Istanbul and the phone screen protection get damage so I went to your shop three times I didn't find anyone I complained about that then they send me to another branch in Istanbul and they ask for money to change the cover which is silicon !!!!!! The guy in Dubai when he sold me this he told me you will have a lifetime guarantee and he told me they will change it for free every time it get damaged now you are asking for money so are you scamming people to get a lot of money for a silly silicone protection this is a scam !!!! “One of the worst products in the price bracket I have used and I came across many working from the telecommunications industry. I have spent £60 as I liked the look of my phone and did not want to cover it with the traditional case. I was assured by the sales person that the additional case was not required unless I tend to drop the phone frequently and wanted to protect the corners. That’s already a contradiction to what’s being advertised. The case started to peel off within days but I was not able to come to the centre straight away as I could not travel. When I got here today I was told that I would have to pay £12 labour cost!!! This is ridiculous! Correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t the warranty supposed to cover material and cost for at least 12 months? Do not use the product as there are other more superior product that cost less. Trading standards here I come.”
