“I kept my 2 phones at City Center Al Mawaleh the branch opposite EMAX. 1. iPhone 6 plus was given them and working well and it was given then while it was switched ON. When I collected from them I got it switched OFF and tried to turn it ON but couldn’t till now. 2. iphone 11 PRO MAX was done ok and with no issue.”

“The screen cover coating was poor for S20+ and i changed today..initially i did it in MCC dubai and now i got it changed in arabian centre. But for tab s7+ the work done was amazing. It was done in mcc itself on the same day and still i use the same.”

“I made my first purchase the same day I bought my phone in sharaf dg in Deira city center, where the film was applied the first time straight away after my purchase. After more than a year I've been to the same store to change the film, but I've been told that the film on my phone wasn't the one they applied. Why would I even buy a different film if I can change it for free?! Long story short I was forced to purchase again the same product. So basically I paid double. And guess what? After 24h from the moment the film has been applied it's already peeling off.”

“They are becoming so lazy with the service, in the counter that I have fixed my tablet protection they were supposed to give me 20% discount being a staff at the mall and they gave me 10% only even though other counters offer 20%. Moreover they don't have a great knowledge of their products and they have fixed a screen protector that affected the touch screen, I paid extra money for it only to replace it with the lower quality option without refund. The screen protector was full of bubbles as well even though i didnt touch the tablet for 48 hours Never again.”

“Actually I regret it a lot the booth in manar mall didn’t give me the right explanation of the coating and the difference in prices , I think what he has done to my phone is the lower price saying it protects my phone from simple falls and scratches, I think this covers only scratches , the coating was not that good I feel like I need to clean my screen from fingerprints all the time , not satisfied at all unfortunately”

“I had changed the protective film for three times through your outlet at Brookfield mall- Coimbatore. Every time it used to peel off with in a month use. When I complained the outlet owner had given irresponsible answer. Very very poor workmanship.”

“I did coating for my phone in C4 sharjah, but i am quite dis appointed this time, i did mate coating, but my phone was not cleaned properly by the technician and i can see the dust inside the coating very clearly. Pls ask the guy to entertain the customers with smile face not with angry face. We are paying more for this coating than all and still i am facing an angry face there and phone uncleaned”

“Got matt coating done from giga outlet and within a week it came off.after had to pay and get it replaced but even that didn't stay.after I complained they replaced the front with clear coating but back still had matt. With 3 days the back started coming off.payed approx 8k I guess for nothing .my brother got it done from dubai one year back and there is no problem the service I received here was very poor. Waste of money and time.”
