“Good evening. I am Amr from Egypt, a customer of yours for more than two years, and more than one mobile has been created in Egypt I want to inform you that your agent in Egypt is worse than imagination and that he provides an unsatisfactory service first. The service is very expensive, equivalent to more than 150 US dollars. Knowing that the protection films are installed in the wrong way, and a lifetime warranty is not given on them And he takes money again as installation expenses when something badly installed for protection happens Now I have a problem with them and I want a solution. I have dropped the protection film from Mobile Outfitter and this is due to poor installation through your agent in Egypt, knowing that the service costs they have 1700 Egyptian pounds and if you look at the rest of the products in Egypt, the price is between 100 pounds to 200 pounds and after a service call Clients want me to buy the product again, knowing that the problem is from bad raw materials you have and from their market of installation”

“I would not recommend anyone to install these, they use cheap quality stickers and advertise as protection, but once youre trapped you will become a regular income to them. Use a normal sticker if you wish to provide some protection”

“Dear Moutfitters, I would like to inform you that... I am using Huawei P30 Pro. I was there at your shop for replacing the screen coat. The guy at the store informed that I should carry the old skin for replying. This is inappropriate. I have been using your screen coat for 18 months and during the time of replacement why I should bring the old one. If it is within 6 months range. I should stand on your side. Please do the needful for the replacement for one side ( Back side).”
