I've had the screen protectors before and the only problem was that I needed it redone every month. I then changed phone and got a screen protector put on the front and back, which despite making the phone "indestructible" I have managed to crack the screen, so definitely not worth the purchase. To make things worse the store I got it done at has since closed and I now have to travel into central London for the closest one

Do not purchase this product. The marketing is misleading. It does not protect a face drop from 3ft let alone the 20ft they say. The after care service is about the worst experience you will ever have. They are dismissive and will not do the right thing, which is one apologise for this happening. There has been no offer of a goodwill gesture. They would not give me back my original clear coat as they said it was theirs!!! And to add insult to injury would not waver the £12 for the new coat they had just put on and said I would have to try and claim it back from customer service!!!!! Who are appalling to deal with. Take your chances on a £5 one off ebay. They WILL not engage in communication over the phone. All done by email only 😡

With the police WAS ASSAULTED WITH POLICE INVESTIGATION Mobile outfitters in Hammersmith Broadway. Manager in the store: Started shouting at me calling me a f...ker Grabbed my wrist in public on recorded cctv. And started threatening that if he finds me outside I’ll see what will happen. It all started when I went to purchase a new cover for my iPad. I was uncertain on the model and I stated I think it’s 2016 but let me check. While checking he started printing the 2016 cover making errors during printing and calling people. I said are u sure it will be the fit for mine. He replied yes. In the end I noticed it was not the correct one and I told him for £75 pounds I would like the correct one. At that moment he got very angry started shouting and then told me what do u want me to do? At that moment I said look I don’t trust you to proceed and not happy with the service I would just like my iPad in which he continued to yell and grabbed my wrist. Immediately after he took my iPad and locked it in a draw and said I’m not giving it back to you until you pay me. I asked for the manager he said he was the manager. ( which was shocking for the service that I had) I asked for his supervisor in which he said there was no one else and eventually called the owner. I manage to get the owners number through google and called him. Owner asked me to pay and speak to me tomorrow to resolve the issue and if I’m not happy to offer a refund. The “manager” then applied the cover even though I said 3 times after the call I don’t want it and he told me I have no choice. Moving forward he applied the correct back with force (as he told me I had no choice) And offered me a £15 discount as the front was not done due to me insisting I don’t want him to do anymore I don’t feel comfortable. The back was also done badly with it peeling off. Since I was promised to settle it tomorrow I just wanted to go. In the end the manager had the audacity to ask me to apologise. Next day owner tried to offer me coffee and insisted to put on a new full cover at a discounted price. When I said I don’t want to have anything to do with the company and I want them to take the back off and offer a refund. He refused saying they don’t offer refunds and it would be coming out of his pocket. He then said needs to investigate how to go about it. Even though I was promised a refund if I’m not happy via the phone and on top of that forced to pay for somthing I didn’t want. This has been passed to the police as an assault case. I was so happy I was going get a cover only to be assaulted and shouted at

Do not be fooled, after many insistences have convinced me to buy a Fusion Full Iphone XR shield total cost € 89.70 guaranteeing that the product warranty would be for life, it was enough to keep the receipt, the bag and in case of assistance bring the documentation attesting it. today I went to have the glass cover and the bumper re-installed but I discovered that I should have brought the two glass covers and the bumper, it was a pity that the assistance did not return the front one. result I should have paid to put on the glass cover. What a shame.

Awful!!!!!Miserable!!!! Keep Away from this shop at all cost!! they damaged my phone, their liquid glue penetrated inside my phone and it resulted in damaging my camera and the home button!!! my phone got destroyed with their bad service, not only they didn't compensate me, they even ignored my calls! I even got blocked from their WhatsApp! miserable customer service! Their head office didn't help at all as well, I tried to contact them hoping they could help, sending them all the videos and supporting documents of my damaged phone, but they simply avoided to get involved!!! horrible experience, awful service and product, and miserable customer service!

I paid for the cover on my phone at the Birmingham stall. By the time i had got to New Street station the cover had started to peel off. I walked back to the stall and waited another hour while they put another cover on. To be safe i left it in the envelope for several hours, when i took it out it had stated peeling off again. I called the stall in Birmingham and was advised to take it back. I work away from home and explained i would be away for a month and was told thats ok bring it back then, which i did. A few days after having it re covered it started peeling off the fromt and back again so i went on the website and filled in the form and emailed moutfitters. I was informed that as i had gone direct to the stall there was no evidence of the previous issues, i was given a reference number and an appointment to get the phone covered again. I travelled by train back to Birmingham and had the phone covered yet again. I explained the situation to the staff member who remembered me from my previous visits, i asked whether he could email moutfitters to confirm that this had happened a few times before but he stated that he was not allowed to do that. A few days later the cover on the front and back started peeling again. I emailed moutfitters and was told AGAIN Clear-Coat is a Custom-made item therefor in the event of us receiving a written complaint regarding an issue with one of our products the first approach to take is to replace/repair the mentioned item with the fault. We do so by providing a email confirmation for a free warranty replacement with its unique Reference Code, this Reference Code allows us to track the outcome of the repair. They had no evidence of any of my previous visits. I have not recieved any reply from any of my other emails where i have requested a refund as the product clearly does not work on my phone. I will continue emailing as i will not just let this go.

The plastic at the back of my mobile has peeled away after 2 months. And it says lifetime guarantee. very poor service, and the Watford side has closed down. Such a waste of £50, a rip-off...avoid them even for free..

I have I phone x which I wrapped with clear coat from mobile outfitters at centaurs mall islamabad with life time warranty in 2018but they vanished and the cover got pale and peeled off from corners in six months i happened to go to Uk where in Birmingham I got replacement without any hesitation they were very much customer friendly But now again the transparent colour has become yellow Now i went to Giga Mall Islamabad mobile outfitters This time the fraudulent mentality of Pakistani come in action he told me that why I replaced it from Birmingham the don’t cover UK secondly the guy sitting there told me that is different mobile outfitters we are not clear coat company these are two different but when I searched on net its the same which he lied I simply ask the question from the original company why you give the Franchise to Fraud people to hurt the reputation of company I desperately came back Please take the serious action on this review to protect the reputation of your company in Pakistan specially Giga Mall Islamabad Rawalpindi

I had to pay 50$ for my first cover and it became so dirty, so I changed it after 3 months paying an additional 10$ and my phone got broken. I reached out to their customer service, no one replied to my email and they are not answering the phone. very bad service and not recommended product.

Chile Hello, My boyfriend installed this on his huawei P30. They told us to leave the phone in a paper bag for 1 hour in order to protect the recently installed protector from the fibers from his pocket, bad, etc, and he did it. We arrived home, after an hour and a half and the phone was "crazy", the screen didn't work properly, we touched it and it didn't respond, or it was like he was touching another parts of the screen. We rebooted the phone and nothing happened, still didn't work. We contacted the instagram page (the only contact in our country www.instagram.com/mobileoutfitterscl) and the only response was to take the phone back to the stand, to CHANGE the protection. We have no other way to get in touch with the company, and really, don't know what to do. My boyfriend can't use his phone, he's stuck with a really expensive brick practically, and the only response is to change the coat, but, for what? to protect a useless phone now? I have videos showing how the screen is malfunctioning, and another video comparing to mine, to have a reference (which i dont think is necessary) We are hoping that the phone is malfunctioning because of the coat, and it will be fixed when he takes it off in the mall (because of the warranty) and hoping to get a refound (its not a cheap service), and its not a phone failure due to the process of installing the coat, which, i would like to know how the company could take responsibility for.

Way overrated! The 1st 5 mths were great but then again my phone hasn't endured any major fall. Then I passed to arrange the contouring, that was very bad as it keeps on being detached, they advised to redo it all with 10$ extra (before took 60$), I did. After barely 2 or maxxx 3 weeks the front cover curled on one side, so had to change again for 5$... after 2 other weeks the back started curling, the contour all detached....the mobile looks disgusting!! I pass to ask them to arrange it for free as they promised if it doesn't work...the guy said he will but I should call the manager myself & ask 4 this service as he himself is not allowed to!!! Ridiculous reply & very bad customer service as it is not my or any client job to call any manager & convince him to do his job!!!!! This is an internal issue & once the service & mistake are so obviously bad as the employee admitted seing the phone, the correction should be immediate & much expected NOT a favor of the manager!!!!

This is the worst service you might get for your phone. I have a Huawei 2019, I usually buy screen protector and normal cover for around 10 usd and change it once yearly. They convinced me to take the 360 wrapping and that it protects my phone. That was in March 2019, since then I changed the wrapping 2 times. The wrapping costed me around 50 usd in Lebanon. Every time you change it you pay 5 usd on every side. What is unacceptable is that my phone fell from my hand, Which used to happen with normal covers where the screen protector usually gets broken, and guess what? My screen is damaged, means the 360 wrapping is not efficient at all. I do not recommend it. I called the customer service, he said he cannot do anything. Who will to change my screen? Who will refund me the 5p usd I payed for their bad service? He advised me to send an email, I did, but no one answered me back. So I decided to review them. Worst ever

When the sell their product they never mention about the costs but now I have to pay for installation or postal fees and just to make me smile they are giving me a clear coat for free while still I have to pay for installation. This is not business this is absolute scam. Email: "Hello , Thank you for reaching out to us here at Mobile Outfitters USA. I apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience. When getting a replacement under the Lifetime Warranty policy there are two options, one is at any of our kiosk locations and the other is via our website. To obtain a replacement at a kiosk, you need to have your original receipt along with your old pieces of Clear-Coat. You may go back to the location in which your initial purchase was made or you can go to another location that is closest to you. Here is link to our store locator: https://www.moutfitters.com/allstores/ . Each kiosk location does charge an installation fee. If you’re ok with performing the installation yourself, you may obtain a replacement on our website anytime by visiting https://www.moutfitters.com/support/lifetime-replacement/ When getting replacements via our website, please keep in mind that there is a $3.95 (per piece) shipping, processing and handling fee, and you will receive all tools necessary to perform the installation. Personally i think mobile outfitters is rubbish. Just installed in less than 12 hours ago. Was reading reviews like this to decide to get. A huge mistake. When i got home from outstation (which is where i bought the moutffiters clear coat as my area has none of the kiosk), i found the front screen to be a little too greasy. Took my slightly damp towel to rub the screen. Little did i know it ended up ripping a side of the front protector off... it was just a little but a huge amount of lint and dust was stuck inside already and was impossible to remove so i had to remove the entire screen protector. Also, the side portions keep coming out at the edges even with efforts to try not to scrape the sides by accident. Be warned, even a little exposure to your waterproof phone (mine is iphone xs max) will cause the edges to come totally loose as the clear coat is wet applied! All in all if you want to use your phone naked, i’d recommend to just go naked without any of these so called clear protection that doesn’t protect much and makes using your phone so much more tiring. The clear coat won’t prevent any cracks etc anyway. And for the case of an iphone xs or xs max, the camera bump is still exposed so your phone will still be scratched other than on the bottom rear panel of the glass when resting on a table. I specially wrote this because i was so disappointed for trusting some reviews on it. Really the worst waste of my 70 singapore dollars ever. P.s. I heard the warranty is rubbish too.. unless you are lucky and have a friendly kiosk around. Most around my areas are infamous for not warranting the products for any reason possible (such as saying the texture doesn’t feel like what they applied so warranty not valid even with original receipt and the old clear coat). SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE. Or regret spending it before a day has even passed and start ranting like me on reddit to spread the news on this rip off product.
