“I do like mobile outfitters for the idea I took my phone to one of the mobile outfitters in Uk Sheffield and I was happy with result but after few months the front screen protector removed completely and I throw it away I went to them to get replaced they refused because they ask me to bring the old one I told them no one told me to keep it I emailed the customer support no one even bother to get back to me”

“Hi, I bought last month an iPhone XR. So i choose to protect it with a good protection. At the mall « les quatre temps « near Paris , the corner of brand moutfitters said « we are the best « . As you can see on the photo,it’s a low cost quality protection but the best higher price !! And no customer service:5€ for each remediation! “A rubbish product with rude staff, never back again, a lots of money for poor quality, please please ignore outfitters, they broke my son brand new iPhone by over heat , they put phone in paper bag and said don’t touch it for at least 10 minutes, after an hour when my wife check it she saw screen broken , staff said we can’t do anything just send email to customer service, I did but they just like their staff ,,,,😡😡😡😡 , don't trust them . Most of the five stars reviews not real . Scam”

“Around a month ago my girlfriend and I put matte covers from your branch in Virgin ABC Achrafieh in Lebanon. Yazan (the salesman) explained to us about the brand, its benefits and all the good stuff about the brand. Also he told us that the protection is 100% and made it sure that no scratches and it'll only peel by man-made force. We decided to go ahead and put them. However, after 2 weeks, on a Saturday, my phone fell from about 50cms on its screen. Both the screen and the cover didn't crack and the phone's screen stopped working. Then after 3 days, her phone fell from the same distance on it's front side, and both the screen and the cover suffered from severe crack, damaging the screen. Moreover later on the protection started to peel on the sides by itself. Super disappointed from this deceiving experience especially since that guy made sure that it's a strong cover and crack proof and sold us the brand. We changed a phone and going to change a screen because of the marketing campaign that you're doing. Your covers don't offer any extra protection than the covers we buy from any local store or even aliexpress. Even their covers do better protection than this. The above was sent to the local franchise owner, yet we faced a horrible and the worst customer service! How do you make it the customer's fault when the sales assured it's a 100% protection? How is it our fault when you say only human force will make it peel while it peels on its own. What a shame! Thanks for the wasted money on the covers and on the phones. More importantly thank you for the lovely experience!”

“Paid $96 for a full protection of my iPhone XS, while cleaning the screen with a MICROFIBER towel, i applied a bit of pressure and the screen started scratching. It seems like the clear coat is easily removable..”

“I purchased a clear coat in Boxing Day and within a week it became discoloured and was coming off from the edges so I contacted them via email and they gave me a free warranty as a “gesture of goodwill”, so I travelled again, which is very far for me to replace it again. The same issue happened and it’s now been a week. I’ve been emailing customer services and they are trying to blame for me “for the way I use my phone”, I’ve never even experienced this issue with a cheap one. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times because £55 is a lot of money to pay for something that doesn’t work, but they are still insisting it’s my fault. I’m absolutely disgusted in their customer service and quite offended really. I won’t stop complaining until I get my refund but don’t fall for this scam!”

“after receiving a "goodwill gesture" for a replacement clear coat and under direction from Trading Standards and Citizens advice I've taken them up and let them replace the clear coat cover. this was done just over a week ago but surprise surprise the clear coat is bubbling and coming away at the corners again. after striking up a conversation with the guy who was replacing the clear coat, he tells me even though its supposed to be BOMB PROOF Mobile outfitters expect the cover only to last a maximum of 2 months Please read all the reviews as i think there's a trend here The clear coat is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE”

“Don’t order from this place. Bought a fusion one for the front and a clear for back. Front one scratched in days and the back is all over the place. And it’s non refundable so I can’t even get my money back. After emailing them for 2 weeks, they ignored for a whole week. Go with a glass screen protector instead. The uk ones aren’t giving me a refund either.”

“Rubbish. Had my phone covered in Lakeside. Collected to find the covers poorly fitted and bubbling. Utter rubbish. The screen now feels sticky and the side of the phone (which is BRAND NEW) has been scratched. Avoid this company and get a glass screen fitted.”

“Had a clear coat put onto my iPhone X from new - initially was very impressed with the result but the skin only last around 4 months before peeling off. I'm now on my 3rd re-wrap. Although they are 'guaranteed for life', there is a charge for re-applying the clear coat - so now I've shelled out almost £100 to keep my phone scratch free, won't be falling for this again!”

“Absolutely ridiculous It’s expensive to start off with but I didn’t mind paying but then the glue starting coming off so the skin slipped off had to pay extra to get it sorted then accidentally dropped my phone inside my car not a very far drop and it’s ripped through the skin and damaged my phone I got in touch with the fitters and their response was there’s nothing we can do MY ADVISE IT IS NOT WORTH IT Just buy a cover or buy the skin and do it yourself I am so disappointed And no they do not sort it out for you Even though they say they will”
