I would give zero stars if possible. I had a brand new - never used phone fitted with protectors at the Metrocentre branch. A while later a noticed a small scratch on the screen protector. Took the phone back and was offered a complete re-cover of the phone free of charge. When I got the phone back I noticed some deep scratches on the back - I thought it was just the film covering......it transpired it was the back of the phone now had deep scratches which weren't there before. Unfortunately, the store just blame the customer for the damage. I have since removed all the covering and bought a case a screen protector and fitted them myself.....I wish I had done this when I bought the phone. I would never go back to these people again.....................avoid at all costs.....the covering they apply isn't very strong, doesn't protect very well and is so easy to remove. Never use these people, very poor.

Rubbish product dropped phone once since getting Clear Coat in March cracked my phone the company will not reply to emails and the guy at Aberdeen kiosk tells me basically its tough. AVOID THIS like the plague.

I paid £130.00 for the fusion protection which bubbled on the back twice within 2 weeks. Then the 3rd bubbled 3 weeks later. And the side case split at the volume controls. The store want £12.50 to replace the Back & £25.00 for the side! I have sent numerous emails and have been told that the split has been caused by dropping the phone! ( I haven’t dropped my phone?) I explained this over the emails & they stopped replying to me? So that’s £167.50 for a faulty product that I had for 3 weeks. Lifetime guarantee? Massive scam!!!

Mis sold product, coat started peeling just after 2 weeks, life time guarantee means only 2 weeks therefore wouldn't replace when I went back to stall...stay away...con artists..they don't have a phone number and no one replies to you online query!!!

After 2weeks the back started to peel They would not replace it wanting to charge another £12 to repair it While we was waiting other customers brought back their phones they wasn’t happy with. The girl was unhelpful and would not give us any number to complain to our contact numbers we traveled 30 miles to get this replace. It was the biggest waste of money I ever spent. I would recommend to anyone not to waste their money on this I feel riped of and disopionted

really waste for money i m from lebanon i purchased the clear coat and they give s special bag for it the mobile is samsung note 9 and it s new sealed in box i left it and i did not used it till 4 days .. and after 4 days i saw bubble and the edge not stick enough and edge bottom have a bubble too

I’m so disappointed! I went to the place literally a few hours ago. Left it in the pocket envelope that they gave me like they said. Take it out and the back of it all bubbles up and peeled away. I live quite far from the place I got it done at. For the price I paid in very disappointed!

Bought a front and back protection for my iPhone X. I was very satisfied with it at first, but just now, 2 weeks after having put it on, I dropped my phone for the first time since I put the protection. As I was taking it out of my pocket, it slipped through my fingers, and the back upper corner was shattered, as well as 2 lines in the middle of the back, and a small dent in the second upper corner. The back protector doesn't have a scratch, which shows that it literally absorbed none of the shock, and let the phone destroy itself. You pride yourself in your protection, but my phone didn't get a scratch during 8 months with a normal non-fancy cover. 2 weeks with this, and now I have to pay 500$ to replace the back, in addition to the 80$ worth of protection.

Big waste of money! The sticker covers back and front peeled off 3 days after i first installed it for mo reason, i went back to the mall kiosk (which is quite a drive) and told them this is not acceptable and they should replace. They replaced it after wasting more 30 mins of my time. 4 days later when my mobile fell from the night stand i found the sticker peeled off and glued to the side of the table. I put it back on now and it is full of air bubbles! Am i supposed to run to the mall kisosk every 4 days to maintain this overly priced scam of a product! I wish i read these reviews before i paid for it! What a waste!

Had one phone covered and was very happy so returned to the Trafford Centre and was total ripped off with two phones partially covered and done badly !!! customer service is shocking as onee they've had your money their not interested and just give you the runaround by email

Strongly advise against this company, had two fones done, my husband's screen smashed and my cover peeled off In no time, returned them twice too no avail as there was no manager available and basically staff couldn't care less, one even commenting about yet another complaint about the product, £90 wasted on a product not fit for purpose.

Been back twice with my phone , keeps peeling off and doesn’t work. Staff were rude and asked for £12 pound to be paid to replace a faulty product. Rip off, don’t fall for it.

This product is an expensive scam...Don't waste your money. Peels off in no time, paid the £7 for replacement, which was a mess, live too far away to keep running back and forward. This company should not be able to keep trading and scamming people!!

I bought into the hype about their mobile phone covers and bought to protect my entire phone. I noticed the next day that one side of the cover was coming off. I was on holiday so couldn't do anything about it. I went back and was told to pay a fee to get it replaced. I got it replaced and the next day went to see my parents. I did not have access to one of their distributers in the town my parents live. I noticed staright away that my phones screen was pixelated probably due to too much liquid being applied. I now have to go to the original distributer and pay a fee to get my protector replaced again to no fault of my own. One of the worse customer experiences I've had when it comes to phones.

Complete waste of money, was told this case would protect my phone from damage, scratches and the coat was anti slip, within the first week my phones slipped out my hand dropped to the floor leaving me with a cracked phone front and back. Poor customer service at the Birmingham stale, all I was told is no refunds are given and the sales advisor that had sold this case to me even had the cheek to find it funny.

I was very disappointed. The back of my phone shattered the first time I dropped it which was surprising because on the videos, people are hammering these coatings. Fake. The second time I dropped it, the front cracked a bit. I was mis-sold this item and the company refuse to give me a refund. Do not waste your money on this

This clear coat is rubbish bubbles show on screen horizontal lines as it’s cheap coating used, they don’t have customer service telephone to talk as the support by email, the staff just sell there products, stay away from this company beware does not protect your phone if fall down rather buy full case.

This product is a con.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY....buy a decent case instead..and it will be cheaper..they offer you everything and tell you all the things you want to hear....what they deliberately omit is that the product is substandard. Doesn't offer any protection at all. I've been had by paying £45 for nothing. Within a week the phone was dropped accidentally and the cover offered no protection of any sorts.....I am now left £45 lighter and a broken phone. I wish I had read your shockingly bad reviews before I parted with my money. If I walk past any of your branches I will tell the customers just how poor your product is. I will leave reviews wherever I can for your shockingly bad product and contact Trading Standards.
