Got the full phone wrap for £50 the guy gave me the spiel about if it dosnt peel in the first 2 weeks then it wont peel at all and of course 2 days after the 14 days the sides come off completly. Took it back to the kiosk and was told i had to pay to have it rectified seems as soon as the 14 day period is done thats when the issues start. For £50 i expect it to last for at least a few months not less than 3 weeks

Terrible! Had my phone wrapped yesterday and not even 24 hours later its peeled off! Not impressed!

Thought it would protect my phone and got it done in March this year. This month, April 2018, I dropped the phone about one foot from the bathroom floor and the screen cracked. Total waste of money. The person who put the screen on just spouted a load of technical jargon about how strong the clear cost screen protector was. I was not disputing that but was told before I purchased the screen that if you dropped your phone this would protect it from cracking which it did not so TOTAL waste of money

I told the clear coat guy that I would be putting my battery case back on my phone, he just told me that I should wait till the following morning before I put it back on, when I tried to take my battery case back off the phone had stuck to the case I broke the case trying to remove it I have removed the clear coat skin from my phone as it was very badly marked after I had finally removed it

I had my phone screen protected by the Trafford Centre outfitters. The first guy could not get it right the screen protector started to peel right away. Took it back where he tried to reply the cover. The Manager took over and sorted it. 48 hours later the screen looks bubbly in places as well as a hair and screen does not work well. What a waste of money never have this done again.

I am not sure whether this website is related to the store in Malaysia (located in Sunway Pyramid shopping centre). The workers at the centre has no manners. Previously the clear coat protector was advertised as free replacement but Now they have started to impose RM 3 per surface. I went to replace the back portion of my iwatch cos the sides came out after 3 months. I brought a receipt which Stated free 2 Times for the surface charge. I asked the guy specifically whether it is free 2 Times, I showed him the receipt and he said Yes. Previously when I newly did this I was told that no original receipt needed as u can capture your receipt in your hand phone n show when needed. So I left it there for a good 4 hours cos he claims they have a lot to do. Fine. I came back n the lady now said I need to pay RM6 which I ask why. The guy now changed his story saying I need to bring my original receipt for the 2 Free surface replacement. They showed me their dissatisfaction & loudly said “if you don’t want to pay then I will pay from my own pocket”.On top of that I have replaced my iPhone X & iPhone 6plus before this & nobody inform me that I need to bring the original receipt to claim the free 2 Times. So I paid & left. This is my worst customer experience ever. If he had told me earlier that I need the original receipt I would have brought it cos I have it. Duh!

Absolutely shocking customer care!! The clear coat literally fell off my phone within 2 hours, returned to have a repair and the same thing happened. I hardly use my phone so not mishandled. I was extremely dissatisfied and when asked for a refund - including sending an email with photographs..all I got offered was a replacement coat...with the stall at Braehead being over 20 miles this is NOT convenient. SO my message is: DO NOT even consider purchasing this product. POOR QUALITY. OVER PRICED. VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I got my daughters phone covered a year ago with clear coat. The front of the phone peeled off. I was told at the stall in Braehead that when I didn’t have the piece that came off they wouldn’t replace it. They never mentioned this when they said life time guarantee. My daughters phone is now not working- not related to protection but I feel this new phone should be covered for me when the coating was off the old phone.

Had my iPhone X covered with the fusion protective paid £50 they said lifetime warranty, within 3 month cover comes off Went the stall in intu Watford, they asked me to pay £12.99 to fix it again asked them it’s on life time warranty why should I pay?? Please don’t wast your money It’s useless

Expensive and waste of money stay away!! Had both my phone and my wife's phone covered with the fusion protective covers and bumpers costing us $250 for both phones. Only two weeks in my wife dropped her phone on floorboards inside the house. The screen protector shattered in two corners and was peeling. I love how the video demonstration shows a man throwing the phone on the concrete 5 times with hardly any mark on it (what a load of S*** ) We took the phone back expecting it would be replaced and warranty especially when it is clearly stated in the warranty under peeling! However to my surprise the most disappointing part of the experience was the service we received when we returned. We were served by a young man who said let me check this for you. He quickly showed the phone to the manager Michelle who pulled down her glasses looked at the phone for one second and whispered instructions to her employee. She then pulled up her glasses glanced at my wife and looked down to continue working. The employee then told my wife this is not covered under warranty and it will cost you 50 dollars to replace. Firstly what kind of owner manager of a store would act in such a way that is rude disrespectful manner. These covers are no better than your cheap Chinese glass covers that you can buy for 15 dollars. In fact I had my last 15 dollar cover that i dropped 3 times and it had no damage at all. My advice- stay away waste of money it shatters if you drop it and as I explained the customer service was a disgrace from the manager. I must say the employee was respectful and only following Michele's instructions. I hope your consumer realises the truth behind what I believe is a scam, that the product is different to what you bang with the hammer v the product you sell. I am sure the ACCC would love to investigate further.

This is a big scam. The screen protectors scratch and do not self heal. In addition, they do not offer any refunds even if their product is defective. I know having spoken to the 'off site manager. They may replace the screen protector but no refund is ever offered. Looks ok when first put on but scratches and marks very easily and definetly does not self heal. Would recommend all to give this brand and company a miss.

The stickers gets scratched from day one. Extremely expensive for something with low quality. I got my money back but the guy was rude and his reply was "of course it will be scratched. It is a sticker".

Don’t waste your money. Peels off and makes the phone slippery. The screen just doesn’t feel good with this film on it. Really expensive mistake.

Case peeled of in less than a week so they tried upgrading from a original to matt case but to see if this would be better, and then charged me an the £10 for the upgrade. I had it replaced three times and they tood me that after 14 days I would have to pay to have it refitted. After having it refitted three times I decided it was no good and did not want to have to keep travelling to the stall to get it refitted all the time. I then asked for a full refund and they said that they could not give refunds at the stall. They gave an email address for the franchise holder in the uk but no response from them. I then went to the company website and contacted them from there. I got through to the us side and they transferred me to an agent in thr uk and thenyall they could give me was a free refit which after three refits was not what I wanted they also said their policy states they cannot give a refund. I then told them that uk law states that they have to give me a refund. After this I have not heard from then since and it has been over a month and a half. Would not recommend as not fitt for purpose and poor customer service.

Had my iPhone 7 done at Intu Watford was told it had a life time warranty so I paid £45 within less than three weeks it started to peel i took it back to mobile outfitters only to be told I had to pay £12 pounds to repair it i refused to pay it as they obviously didn’t do the work properly emailed mobile outfitters uk a couple of times with no reply. Terrible workmanship and customer service Do not recommend

After two weeks and a half top film started to peels off, on their Facebook page in their description they say that if it peels off/scratches you get free replacement, wrote to them and being told that I had to pay £12, when I pointed of their description they started to attacking me saying to go back to my country (I’m from Italy but I’ve been living in UK for more that 2 years)! Outrageous!!!! They blocked me, cannot contact me, not answering email on main website either. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!

My son bought this just over 2 weeks ago and peeling already, went to return it and they asking for more money... lifetime warranty my a***, when we called the manager he was nothing but rude and unhelpful, extremely disappointed. Don’t waste your money!!

Got it fixed three times within two weeks as application was poor, screen just looks greasy, awful application - do not recommend. Hairs and black patches and peeling off at having it done for less than 10 seconds - wasn’t applied properly. Awful.

I agree with the review below. The sharpness of the screen definitely decreases and the phone becomes slippery because of fingerprints and grease. It really isn’t worth spending £50 on this product. I regret wasting the money.

I had a clear coat protection done sometime around the end of December and start of January, so it has been less than 9 months and earlier today, I dropped my phone on the floor causing it to crack the whole screen completely. It is in pieces. I am extremely disappointed in Clear-Coat because I thought it was going well but after today's incident, I don't believe the lies that your professional staff have told me, since my phone has been damaged. I demand a refund and Clear-Coat to cover the cost of fixing the screen or pay for a new one - this is the least they can do because it is not just the screen that has taken hits, the body of the phone has dents too, but as your website says Clear-Coat is "military grade" this shouldn't happen. But it has. However, I am willing to ignore these dents on the sides if a refund and cover cost is paid. Otherwise I can easily take this matter into my own hands and give you a bad reputation since a number of statements in your website are false, because my phone is damaged ('Military grade strength"), it always has fingerprints on the screen ("resists fingerprints") and the protection slowly peels off at the bottom ("self-wetting adhesive" "reusable").
