I had the worst experience in your franchise here In Egypt, I even try to call your customer service their mobile is off,I went to the shop and ask for manager to solve my problem no one called me till now since one week ago Simply the screen protector is very bad I can remove it like scotch tape It has been removed 3 days after I buy it .

I have bought Oneplus 7 pro full screen for INR 3500/- and have been constantly changing the skin as it peels of easily. I have paid INR 236 many times to change it and then I replaced the whole skin again in October and by December 26th the side skin has peeled off again. I think there is flaw in the design as the side skin peels of very easily. On inquiring with the vendor it is informed that keeping the phone in jeans pocket would take of the skin easily. If this is the case then why should we pay so high for a skin which can't take normal wear and tear. Completely disappointed and I had to remove the entire skin and hand it over to the shop to show my unhappiness. Please correct your design.

After my amazing experience in the past I would like to end the relationship with this company because I truely can't digest there excuse. I have been using mobile outfitters for as long as 2 years for all my devices and even referred them plenty of customers without any benefit for my self and the same way I referred another friend of mine who recently bought iPhone 12 pro (close to 5k AED) brand new phone and got outfitter for his phone (glossy in the front and Matt for the back) and we paid 178.50 AED for it. 2 days later my friend drops his phone and the screen breaks so I called the company in order to know how does the warranty work and what do they actually cover. so I speak with a gentleman (Marvin) on there call center who patiently herd me out and said my supervisor will get in touch with me and that happened in less than one hour wherein a gentleman (Alex) calls me and says sir I am really sorry to hear what happen with you but we do not cover any external damage under warranty and infact he even mentioned to me that whether I buy a screen protector from an Apple Store even they would not be covering any external damage so I just asked him then why would anybody get mobile outfitters instead the basic screen protector on the phone should work which would actually come upto 30% of the cost that you pay to get mobile outfitters he had no reply to that but concluded saying no where in the world we have ever covered any external damage case ever so I am sorry sir but we can't help you out with this problem and hung up. So I like to inform everybody who is thinking to get mobile outfitters for the phones (brand new or used phone or for any devices) that basically you are paying for nothing and if its all about protection of your phone or any of your device , you can get a normal protector from any mobile phone shop for WAY TO LESS then you are paying for mobile outfitters. Eventually both of them DONT COVER EXTERNAL DAMAGE then why pay more for this service then you can pay less and get a normal protector (or even gorilla screen which actually helps a Lot more then in protecting your screen then mobile outfitters) SO DONT FALL FOR THERE ADS AND COMMERCIALS

very poor product can easily felt that there is barrier between eyes and screen, easily scratched by nails and dose not tolerate alcohol spray. I ve returned to store once now one due to defect in film that installed which has white patch in. but yet after film cured still its very bad visibility

The salesman said he owned the place. He quoted us 3 or 4 different prices - after the fact that we had the item installed. He did it wrong the first time and then after we left and drove an hour home it was defective again. Then, we had to pay shipping to get a replacement. I do not trust this installer and we will not make the drive to go back.

My phone's Fusion Bumper from Mobile Outfitters has failed only a few months after fitting. This was supplied by the kiosk at the Lakeside Shopping Centre so, at the request of the company's UK head office, I returned there today. When the manager Shannon eventually finished what was obviously a private phone call and provided me with some attention, I explained that the bumper on my phone was faulty and that I would like her to please replace it under the lifetime warranty. She, quite abruptly in my view, told me there is a charge of £25 and I explained that there would be no need to fit the fusion bumper so no labour should be charged. Shannon persisted in saying that I would have to pay despite me pointing out that the item should be replaced free of charge as that was what I was told when I first purchased the bumper. I am now pursuing the matter via the head office and will be contacting the US operation who will doubtless be astounded by the appalling customer service.

Not only did I work here but the store I worked in got closed down for awful customer service, awful screen protectors, this company gives awful training and it seems like one of those pyramid schemes. Costs the owners of the kiosks ridiculous amounts of money to run so they get aggressive, staff treated poorly, customers manipulated and lied to, multiple times had someone drop their phone and it break right outside the kiosk, I'm not surprised you went from what 25(?) UK kiosks down to 9, its a con, don't believe them

Absolute rubbish and won't use or recommend to anyone! I had clearcoat on full phone and within 1 week the corner pealed up and was no good! I went back to the whisk to find it had closed down. Eventually found out it was opening in a different location so I went there was I was told it was going to be open but it wasn't even there! Went back yet again after a few weey and even though I had emails and a reference saying I could have a free replacement they wouldn't do it! Emailed UK head office again and not even a reply. Might as well of thrown £45 down the drain!!! Fumming, and lifetime guarantee is false advertising!!!

Hi! I am from Bangladesh. Have done a complete back lamination with clear coat by them from their Simanto Somvar outfit. The job was bad. My previous lamination costing 200 taka was much better than them. Costing 1700 taka for a coat which clearly is peeling off just after 20 mins of use is a shame. Trust them at your own judgement.

I bought the complete system for £100.00 for my grandson’s phone which came with a lifetime guarantee. ( I’m from Glasgow in Scotland) It has all came apart within 6 months. The front cover fell off and got lost. The original fitters have refused to replace as the front cover is missing. We contacted head office in the UK who offered me 15% off a new purchase!!! Absolutely Not. I would like this replaced or renewed. I am absolutely shocked that paying £100.00 for lifetime guarantee, where it all falls apart and the front cover falls off after 6 months, I am virtually told “too bad, so sad, go away”. I am extremely disappointed with my I-phone 11 wrap which cost £60.00 as after only two months the front film lifted and completely came off. I was out of the Country and did not have the Mobile Outfitters terms and conditions so I just disposed of the plastic film and contacted Mobile Outfitters on my return. This product isn't really fit for purpose if it doesn't last longer than 2 months and even though I have my receipt and a bank statement showing the transaction I have been advised that my warranty is not worth anything as I have disposed of the film. I still have the film on the back but my screen is no longer protected. They have advised that I will have to have all of it recovered at a cost of £ 60.00 less 15% good will discount. I find it hard to accept that they really expect me to pay a further £ 42.50 and so if I was you I would NOT bother with this expensive con and buy a decent phone cover (note I used the Bull Ring at Birmingham)

scam.. purchased for like $65 on company CC. not even 1 week later it started coming off.. --went back and they would not honor the warranty. So i submitted a fraud report to MasterCard saying these guys took money from my buisness creditcard. there a total scam

I've had the screen protectors before and the only problem was that I needed it redone every month. I then changed phone and got a screen protector put on the front and back, which despite making the phone "indestructible" I have managed to crack the screen, so definitely not worth the purchase. To make things worse the store I got it done at has since closed and I now have to travel into central London for the closest one

Do not purchase this product. The marketing is misleading. It does not protect a face drop from 3ft let alone the 20ft they say. The after care service is about the worst experience you will ever have. They are dismissive and will not do the right thing, which is one apologise for this happening. There has been no offer of a goodwill gesture. They would not give me back my original clear coat as they said it was theirs!!! And to add insult to injury would not waver the £12 for the new coat they had just put on and said I would have to try and claim it back from customer service!!!!! Who are appalling to deal with. Take your chances on a £5 one off ebay. They WILL not engage in communication over the phone. All done by email only 😡

With the police WAS ASSAULTED WITH POLICE INVESTIGATION Mobile outfitters in Hammersmith Broadway. Manager in the store: Started shouting at me calling me a f...ker Grabbed my wrist in public on recorded cctv. And started threatening that if he finds me outside I’ll see what will happen. It all started when I went to purchase a new cover for my iPad. I was uncertain on the model and I stated I think it’s 2016 but let me check. While checking he started printing the 2016 cover making errors during printing and calling people. I said are u sure it will be the fit for mine. He replied yes. In the end I noticed it was not the correct one and I told him for £75 pounds I would like the correct one. At that moment he got very angry started shouting and then told me what do u want me to do? At that moment I said look I don’t trust you to proceed and not happy with the service I would just like my iPad in which he continued to yell and grabbed my wrist. Immediately after he took my iPad and locked it in a draw and said I’m not giving it back to you until you pay me. I asked for the manager he said he was the manager. ( which was shocking for the service that I had) I asked for his supervisor in which he said there was no one else and eventually called the owner. I manage to get the owners number through google and called him. Owner asked me to pay and speak to me tomorrow to resolve the issue and if I’m not happy to offer a refund. The “manager” then applied the cover even though I said 3 times after the call I don’t want it and he told me I have no choice. Moving forward he applied the correct back with force (as he told me I had no choice) And offered me a £15 discount as the front was not done due to me insisting I don’t want him to do anymore I don’t feel comfortable. The back was also done badly with it peeling off. Since I was promised to settle it tomorrow I just wanted to go. In the end the manager had the audacity to ask me to apologise. Next day owner tried to offer me coffee and insisted to put on a new full cover at a discounted price. When I said I don’t want to have anything to do with the company and I want them to take the back off and offer a refund. He refused saying they don’t offer refunds and it would be coming out of his pocket. He then said needs to investigate how to go about it. Even though I was promised a refund if I’m not happy via the phone and on top of that forced to pay for somthing I didn’t want. This has been passed to the police as an assault case. I was so happy I was going get a cover only to be assaulted and shouted at

Do not be fooled, after many insistences have convinced me to buy a Fusion Full Iphone XR shield total cost € 89.70 guaranteeing that the product warranty would be for life, it was enough to keep the receipt, the bag and in case of assistance bring the documentation attesting it. today I went to have the glass cover and the bumper re-installed but I discovered that I should have brought the two glass covers and the bumper, it was a pity that the assistance did not return the front one. result I should have paid to put on the glass cover. What a shame.
