“The service was very bad and guy who suppose to fix the screen/body protection does not want to cooperate, he missed the watch ring protection and when I asked him to fix it he lied to me and said it will not come, after an argument he fix it”

“Came to change my smartwatch clear coating, but instead when reaching home some parts of the watch was not given back together with the watch, and the most unfortunate thing happened that the item was lost by the time I went to the store. I have to buy a new strap for my smartwatch again from my own pocket instead.”

“Dear sir, Today we went to ezdanmall wakra ,doha in your shop around 10. The employer behaved badly. His attitude and the way of behavior is not good. He changed the phone screen protector but it was not appropriate., I informed him i don’t have bill,just check your computer,I am already registered in ur website,next time I will choose ur services”

“Waste of money, I had very bad experience with mobile outfitters. Screen guard fixed for my iPhone X, they don’t know how to fix properly - I wen two times - both time they not fixed properly. Waste of money. Moreover they don’t know how to fix mobile stickers also and not having enough knowdledge about products. They fixed full sticker, Apple logo not visible , while asking, they don’t know how to react. Simply waste of money”

“Recently on 12 th April I went to burjuman Centre MO and I used your service for my Oneplus 9 pro but I had to replace it as the edges were not sticking and dust was accumulating,I even kept it untouched for one day,then I replaced it still the edges are not sticking I will never use your services, because it’s not worth”

“Mobile Outfitters Jordan screen protector store in city mall I had really bad experience with their full body protectors what they call fusion I took the full body protection for my iphone which costs 68 jd for screen and back protector they call it self healing and life time guarantee,...but none of it is true if you need to replace they charge you, I went for them more than 4 time and they changed my screen protector because it’s full of scratches and bubbles which is not acceptable for the amount I spent 68 jds, They know it’s their fault they told me the update is bad but what’s my problem in the end they downgraded my screen protector for what they call original and cheaper I accepted it because I’m done complaining. I’m just reviewing it here so no one will be in the same situation that I’m in So bad product even the original one what they downgraded it same problem!! Thank you Mobile Outfitters”

“Every time they give wrong hope. When I purchased lamination for my iPhone 12 Pro Max they told me that you can change anytime and you have to pay 10.50AED for one side. Today I was going for changing my lamination for front side and they told me to pay 50% amount of original price. I said what is this before you told me to pay only 10.50. But he was not agreed. I didn’t like this type of fake scheme. Thanks”

I am Amr from Egypt, a customer of yours for more than two years, and more than one mobile has been created in Egypt I want to inform you that your agent in Egypt is worse than imagination and that he provides an unsatisfactory service first. The service is very expensive, equivalent to more than 150 US dollars. Knowing that the protection films are installed in the wrong way, and a lifetime warranty is not given on them And he takes money again as installation expenses when something badly installed for protection happens Now I have a problem with them and I want a solution. I have dropped the protection film from Mobile Outfitter and this is due to poor installation through your agent in Egypt, knowing that the service costs they have 1700 Egyptian pounds and if you look at the rest of the products in Egypt, the price is between 100 pounds to 200 pounds and after a service call Clients want me to buy the product again, knowing that the problem is from bad raw materials you have and from their market of installation”

“I would not recommend anyone to install these, they use cheap quality stickers and advertise as protection, but once youre trapped you will become a regular income to them. Use a normal sticker if you wish to provide some protection”

“Dear Moutfitters, I would like to inform you that... I am using Huawei P30 Pro. I was there at your shop for replacing the screen coat. The guy at the store informed that I should carry the old skin for replying. This is inappropriate. I have been using your screen coat for 18 months and during the time of replacement why I should bring the old one. If it is within 6 months range. I should stand on your side. Please do the needful for the replacement for one side ( Back side).”
