“Ref.: Muscat Grand Mall 9445 5765 CR# 102060, Sultanate of Oman I have fully protected my iPhone XR on 01/05/2019 and recently the ring bumper was broken and the front protector showing signals of use. I went yesterday (3 Nov 2021) to the same shop (360 @ MGM in Muscat, Oman) to replace the front clear protector who was changed however at the bottom right side left a minor detail and later on the same day the start/stop button deactivated. I looked to other phone dealer last night and the technican fixed the button for OMR 5.000 This morning I went again to buy a new bumper protector under the "Liftime Replacement" agreement; however this was no honer because I didn't bring the 'old one' that I discarded because was broken. “They applied a normal 360° protection and on the second day it started to peel of, I didn't knew the quality was this bad otherwise I wouldn't have spent 180AED on just a useless lamination which peels of automatically. I would suggest everyone that not to get in this kind of scam.”

“I got fusion clear screen protector from Conestoga mall branch, Kitchener, ON, Canada. There were two employees working there and they took over an hour and like 5-6 attempt to apply the protector. Mind you they only had one other customer there. Anyway, after waiting over an hour I was handed the my iPhone and the bill was around 50 CAD. When I checked the phone next day, there are so many air bubbles in the screen. I called the kiosk and they offered to replace the protector. But I don't want to waste another hour or so and get bubbles again the next day and get it placed again. I have been using phones with screen protector over 5-6 years now and yet I haven't had such an awful service for a such expansive service ever.. Is it possible to get a refund? Thanks.”

“the CSR does not respond properly at the city center mall, Doha Qatar. He is working which I can see, but he can take out 2 mins just to take my device and add the coat later. But I do not understand why your customer service reps do not attend to customers properly. and they spend too much time with one customer as if it's a business deal going on, they just have to take the phone and let the customer know when to come back for the return, but unfortunately, that is not the case.”

“Once I had my screen broken so I got it replaced from a mobile repairs shop. After that I lost my old clear coat I had and mobile outfitters company said it cannot be replaced without the old plastic even though I had all the bills and proofs of payment. Highly disapponting”

“Lousy service, after installation of the matte screen protector, staff told me can return anytime there is an issue and they will change it no charge. The screen protector lasted less than a month before air bubbles started showing at the edges. By the way, I use my phone normally. Each time I put my phone in my pocket I made sure nothing else was in my pocket. Went back to the shop and they wanted to charge me full price for it. They also blamed me saying I used it roughly. There wasn't even a scratch on the screen protector just the edges kept peeling. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SCREEN PROTECTOR FROM THIS BUSINESS. It is not worth the price.”

“Poor quality cover on my iPhone 12 mini peels of very easily also traps dirt under the cover - to complain have to go through a long process via email - I had the cover replaced 4 times now in 3 months it’s a waste of time . They won’t refund the initial payment”
