worst customer service. worst product quality. my experience with them was very bad. I don't recommend the place at all. also it's so overpriced,and you would expect a good customer service and a better product quality with all the money you paid for just a cover, but no it's just bad. their products are very low quality, when you first see the product you think ..oh it has to be so good since they don't stop convincing you that they have the best, most durable covers. they will test it in front of you, and tell you that there is warranty for life and all that nonsense and whatever happens to the covers you won't have to worry about it, that's a lie. what they don't tell you is that their covers Peel off after a few weeks and when you go with your "warranty" they will make you pay shipping for each side(back cover,front cover and sides) which is nearly the same price you paid the first time. The manager in jordan is kind of a scammer, he'll stop answering if he knows you want to fix the cover or refund it because it peeled off. I went to their store the other day the manager wasn't there, while I was standing waiting for an explanation, 3 other customers came in and they also had the same issues. anyway never give them your trust or your phone,they will always disappoint you. I'm sorry for all the people who got scammed as I did. Just in case you think I'm just a mad customer and I'm overreacting, I've attached some screenshots from their Facebook page. Have a good day.

The front protection matte for Galaxy S 22 Ultra started peeling off from the very next day. Though I complained no solution yet.

High priced, but it keeps coming off and gets bubbles. I finally took it off entirely and replaced with another one.

It’s just 5hrs since I brought this fusion c sheet for front protection. And it have a scratch already. Am not saying product get dammed but it still have scratches.

Got the fusion screen protector I stalled around 4 months back and was assured lifetime replacements @ Rs. 250. However went to the same stall at Meenakshi Mall to show a blemish that had developed on the screen protector. Considering the cost paid the first time and assurances by the technician who installed it I has presumed excellent performance and service. However the two people on the stall today were absolutely Rude and did not accept that it was an installation or material fault. Moreover they said that it would cost me Rs.450 to replace the screen guard. Completely unhappy. Will make sure that none of my known people ever fall in this scam.

I just did my son full outfitters in MOE and to be honest I am too frustrated from the quality of my son watch! Till extend he is so upset and asked me to remove your outfitters. This is incomparable to what I had to my watch in Dubai Hills this morning. I am going tomorrow to Dubai Hills to change the whole thing to my son and hopefully will be same as my watch.

Dear Team, I was using ur 360 degree clear coat service for my 3 iPhone and 2 apple watches . Yesterday my kid removed the top and side stickers and unfortunately we missed that removed peices and back side peices was with me. When I went to the mobile outfitter kiosk and they denied replacing that without the old pieces and charging me prices as new one. I have been using clear coat for more than 5 years. Accidentally my phone has fell down from my hand and the screen has broken . I am using your impact proof one. I won’t recommend this product any more . I would have got a screen guard for 10 Aed instead of getting this for 250 aed .

I have had my whole watch done initially and every so often going back to get it fixed and pay again and again. Not only this but they think it is a joke that after I pay for it they only offer a free repair if it comes off within 7 days. It’s only when I kick up a fuss and say that I’m not always at the shops everyday and can’t come in all the time within the 7 days that they say ok but make it sound like they are doing me a favour! I take photos and send it to them and I still have to fight to get a few days extra so I can get to them. Today they did something extremely dodgy and I’ll be speaking to them about this because it’s not ethically ok what that did. Not impressed! I wish I had looked at the receipt then and there not just now. 10/11/22 - Update On the 7/10/22, I went back to Mobile Outfitters where they replaced the entire watch redone at no cost. Whilst I thanked them for that, I wanted to wait before I put up a positive comment. Less that 3 weeks later, the sides are coming off again! Not Happy! Apparently, I was told: “This is the same product as before, I used sheets saved from 3 years ago, and as I installed it, I know it was done correctly. What I have noticed it that as the watches have evolved, they are made of different materials and tend to have coatings to make them better for fingerprints which don’t stick as well. It may also be general wear and tear. As always, you can return for replacements anytime. The main purpose is to protect your watch from scratches, so hopefully it’s doing that”. So of the product has evolved then don’t sell your product if it isn’t fit for purpose. Although the watch is protected from scratches, the film you have put on is coming off and looks like I have put a dodgy protector which sticks out, lol. Looks cheap. People: stay away from Mobile Outfitters Fountain Gate. Mobile Outfitters offer a lifetime warranty however you must still pay a reduced cost every other month to replace it. Whilst I understand that they have to make money, don’t say Lifetime Warranty! Offer a product where it at least lasts a year before it starts coming apart as then I can kind of justify paying the reduced amount! The issue is now the product is so poor that within 10 - 28 days its starts failing!
