Fast service, they change the new screen protector in 10 minutes. The price was a lot, but i hope that it is worth it. Nothing special about customer service. A wierd thing that on website, you can’t see the prices.

Well I have covered my 12 pro max with fusion front and clear coat back and sides. I love it but I have few suggestion. Please provide a clear instructions of cleaning the coats as I have damaged my self by using Alcoholic swipes.Also back side apple logo has been disappeared should omit the logo are from protection to show real look

My clear protection was fitted at the store in the metrocentre Within two weeks the back cover started to peal off and a further two weeks later the whole back protection had pealed off. Bubbles on the front screen started to appear due to phone being in and out of pocket. The back cover was just binned as it was no use I then returned to the metrocentre with my receipt and to pay the £12 for a replacement but was told because I dont have the back protection he wouldnt replace the full protection. Sent a email 4 weks ago to customer services and still waiting After a discussion with customer services it was agreed that the protection should not of pealed off and they sent out a good will gesture for my troubles Which I think is only fare as the original cost £45 pound So hopefully it will only cost me a further £12 to get the new cover placed on phone So £57 in total for 6 months of protection Happy with the replacement tho [ Smilie face]

Hello, I had my iphone 6 covered back in January this year using a kiosk in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and paid £50 . It has started peeling away so took it back with the receipt. He originally said it would be £7 to recover it using the lifetime guarantee and then said it would be £12 as anything over £50 is subject to paying £5 more. I'm really not worried about paying an extra £5, its the principal. Please can you tell me how much he should be charging me?

Having successfully used ClearCoat products before, when I got my new phone I made a point of taking it to the Edinburgh Gyle kiosk to get covered. Unfortunately it 'bubbled' and burst in less than a month and when I went back a week or so after (earliest I could manage) to get the cover replaced the kiosk was gone! I contacted the UK Office to let them know I wasn't in a position to go to a different branch and requested a refund. They initially outright refused, insisted I had any consumer rights in the circumstances and then advised that I could only get a refund from the Gyle kiosk manager or by going to another branch. Thankfully having now publicised the problem the issue was picked up and promptly, helpfully and efficiently resolved by US Customer Services and I'm optimistic the UK division will get the appropriate feedback so that if any customers find themselves in similar situations they won't face the same problems.

Not too happy about the leather on the product. I thought it was real leather, maybe my fault thinking something different...Probably be purchasing another Phone case soon somewhere different. Product did come quickly!

Factor in an extra £12 if you order from UK. I ordered a style skin (or rather 5 - minimum is 3) which you can't get from the clearskin stalls here. You get hit with £12 customs bill for some reason, AFTER you order. (A card through the door from Royal mail asking you to pay the extra). I wanted 1 skin, bought 5 costing £24, added £12 customs = £36. Can't understand this since I've bought another skin from states with no extra cost.

I placed a review on Monday regarding a clear coat cover, that was fit to my phone on Sunday 15/01/17 at White Rose shopping centre Leeds. Although the cover looked good I was not happy with it due to the fact it had started to come away from the phone before the end of the day. I may have just been unlucky as others seem happy with the product. I did return to the store in order to get a refund but was told that due to the fact a lifetime guarantee was included, no refunds were given. Having written my first review I was contacted by the co-founder of the company and a customer service representative from the USA, who were not happy to hear of my bad experience. Due to their involvement and contact with the UK seller, I was offered the opportunity of a replacement or a full refund. I did opt for the refund and would just like to add that the response from the US side of the operation, has been excellent and would like to think that one day the UK side of the operation would follow their lead. Hi. I had Clear Coat protector applied to a new iPhone7 at White Rose Leeds. After 2 days I noticed that there were dints over areas of the front screen. It was replaced under installation warranty. Now a week later the same problem. I have no idea how they are caused as I am very careful when putting the phone into my pocket or putting it down. Has anyone else noted this issue. Dints are only seen when a bright light is directly over the screen. All in all not convinced of durability of the product.

I liked the screen protector, but whenever I wore my sunglasses imperfections of installation appeared as bubbles on the display. Thought it was my phone and tried to take it into T-Mobile store, but the problem went away whenever I entered (cause I put on my regular lasses).

The product itself appears to be good quality (though obviously you do pay a premium for it), but the workmanship at the kiosk seems a little shabby. The first time I took iPhone 6s in for clear coat, there was a noticeable piece of dirt or something underneath the coating (was also full of fingerprints but at least those could be wiped off). In fairness the staff offered to re-coat, but now I notice there are STILL tiny (but definitely noticeable against backlight) hairs and specs under coating. I really can't understand this, are your stores dirty? I can also see that the wrap is not quite symmetrical on the sides, not a big deal, but again it doesn't really seem that the store have taken much care over the application of the coating.

Very hard to install second layer of film onto the first one on the Ipad, impossible to squeeze out air bubbles from under a second layer of film, it sticks so fast and strong to the first film layer immediately. Also enclosed in the package black rubber squeezer crumbles off when installing the first layer of film, and these pieces of black rubber are not noticeable until the second film layer is applied, after which it's not possible to separate the two film layers to remove the tiny rubber pieces. These rubber pieces in between the film layers are very visible after the Ipad is turned on and the screen is white. I wish there would be a single double-thick film that Clear Coat is selling for Ipads. Seems like a good product, but installation on the large surfaces is not very user friendly. I would love to buy it if it's a single double-thick film product.

I'm sorry you didn't love your Clear-Coat! However you do not need to install 2 layers - your package may have come with 2, but one is a backup in case you mess up installation. Only one is to be installed on the phone. If you'd like, I'd be happy to send you a free replacement so you can try again with that in mind! Just let us know.

Side coverage and back coverage was very good for my iPhone SE, the screen shield on the other hand left much to be desired. Even after drying the screen shield was fairly hazy and distracted from the beauty that iPhone displayed. Later removed the screenshield and just used the sides and back protection
