“Very good urethane skin. I chose the glossy one. It fits very well on my iPhone 7 Plus. I've only 2 little complaints: 1) the bottom of the phone remain unprotected; 2) after 2 weeks of normal use, on the skin appeared few scratches and airlines..not so good to look.”

“Had both mine and my partners phones done at white rose centre. both peeled on bottom corners straight away. Returned to white rose to have them fixed within 14 day period where the customer service was terrible! Both phones where re done at a charge of £5 extra for a colour change on the back of a iPhone 6s and £10 extra charge on an iPhone 7. Within one day of them being re done they both started to peel. Went back the day later to be told they do not offer a refund and that all they could do is stick them back on, all the girl on the counter did was apply heat and stuck on. Peeled once again within a day Wouldn't recommend the product to anyone. Now left with the situation of having spent £100 on 2 products and no chance of a refund!!”

“Hi.. for almost 2 days installed clear coat matte.. very satisfied.. there is no bubbles and peel off even after wash my phone.. I have dropped my phone about 1 metre in height but i think this coating save my phone from being crack.. later wanna change to clear one.. because matte hiding the shining of my samsung galaxy..”

“Went to the Glasgow brahead stall to get the clear coat fitted to my new iphone 7, very friendly staff and happy to give my phone to be done. However after it was done, I noted line on the front, so went back after 1 hour and they redid the front. had some bubbles on back but was told this would settle down. I paid £5 extra for the matt finish on back as I had the matt black iphone 7 so total of £45. However after few days noticed the edges are just almost peeling off. Went to another Edinburgh gyle stall and guy told me they didn't do a good job with the finish on it, and he doesn't recommend getting the matt on the back, because the glue isn't strong enough and he didn't think it would give a good finish (wish i was told this in the first place) He redid the back again but loads of bubbles already after a couple of days. Maybe would have been a different experience had I , had a different phone. Unfortunately not happy with this experience.”

“Hi there 2 weeks ago my girlfriend and I both had clear coat protectors put on our phone s costing £85 within a day the corners of both phones started to,peel away and bubbles appeared ,we took them back to the stall in the metro center Newcastle upon Tyne where they replaced them without fuss which we were pleased at .2 days after that was done the same problem accrued so took them back again and got the same result .not happy at all with this product as it does not do what it says on the advert.iv e mailed and left my number with the company several times with no luck.what can be done about this anyone?”

“I recently wrote a review about Clear Coat protector for my LG G5. Eric Griffin, co-founder of Mobile Outfitters, emailed me and offered to replace my product or refund my purchase price. I was very impressed with the response as we exchanged several emails back and forth. I wished a replacement would've worked because I liked the protector. My money was refunded within minutes of my request. Well done!”

“Hi. I had Clear Coat protector applied to a new iPhone7 at White Rose Leeds. After 2 days I noticed that there were dints over areas of the front screen. It was replaced under installation warranty. Now a week later the same problem. I have no idea how they are caused as I am very careful when putting the phone into my pocket or putting it down. Has anyone else noted this issue. Dints are only seen when a bright light is directly over the screen. All in all not convinced of durability of the product.”

“I liked the screen protector, but whenever I wore my sunglasses imperfections of installation appeared as bubbles on the display. Thought it was my phone and tried to take it into T-Mobile store, but the problem went away whenever I entered (cause I put on my regular lasses).”

“my partner took our daughter's iPhone 6 to the white rose store and had a clear coat put on. When it was done there was smear marks under the coat. She pointed it out she was told it would dry out. it didn't. the next day the LCD screen was shadowed like too much pressure was used whilst applying the coat. we returned it to the store who at first refused to do anything and denied it was their fault. the staff were extremely rude.when they did take the coat off they simply ripped the protective screen from the phone using force. this has caused hair line cracks to the screen and the shadowing is worse. what is really annoying is they denied that the solution they use is water based even though the bottles on show say add water. the staff made my partner feel belittled and spoke to get like she was stupid. They then tried saying it's in their terms and conditions not to give refunds and don't take responsibility for the phones they are putting clear coats on. no terms and conditions were shown at home of purchase. eventually got a refund for the clear coat but left with a damaged phone. the help centre are now trying to say it is our fault for buying a second hand phone even though the phone was working perfectly before taking it to this store. Avoid this shop at all costs”
