we just purchased this and it was delivered just in time as I out the bracelet on my mom and then 4 hrs later she fell and hit the button. everyone has been kind and very helpful

So far I like it for mom. Problem is when her hearing aids aren’t in, she can’t hear the operator talk through the “ mini”.

I feel like there is a lot equipment to keep up with, moving it around over the house. We have hardly used the necklaces, but maybe we will later. The watches seem to work fine and the bathroom alarm I like.

I wish your ( I call them dog collars) pendants were more lady like like jewelry l ve seen other med alerts that look feminine. So nice looking u don't have to hide them under your clothes they look like a necklace

Not sure how reliable the "fall protectiion" is .... i fell this morning but my device didnt pick it up. However i did not need help as i was able to grab the door to pull myself up. I would rate a 5 except for this experience.

They were quick to send out the pendant. Very helpful getting it set up. I would like to try all the features, ex. Do a fake fall, see how it responds, let my husband talk into it and really see how it works. We don't want to wait until we really need it to figure it out. Also the 4 names should get a practice call to see if they are really set up.

The fall button is very sensitive, which is good. But the response from your call center is slow. My wife rolled over and the fall button was activated, then I tried to clear the call but the request to cancel didn't go through and I waited for someone at the call center to answer. That took longer than, in my belief, it should.

In the initial setup of the system for my mother we did a test call to the operator......we were put on hold for 5 seconds....couldn't help but laugh....emergency system and we get put on hold first time we test the system.....

We never got the chance to use the mobile help unit as my dad went to the hospital and is now in a nursing home. I will say that the customer help is excellent and the return of the unit was easy.

The device has given my family a sense of security as well as myself. I like the fact that I don't need to sleep in it and that it is shower safe, as long as it is not immersed in water. I am still getting used to wearing it and there are two things I don't like about it. Mine is very sensitive to the touch. I have had to cancel alert calls because I have laid it on the bed while changing clothes, or touched it while putting on a jacket. There have been several of these occasions. Also It cannot be worn under clothing. It is not attractive to wear when wearing for a party or dress up occasion. I don't want to leave it at home when going out but hate wearing such a visible device. Maybe I should have gotten the one worn on the wrist!

So far no issues with MobileHelp after almost one month. Setting up was easy. Testing was easy with the steps. The fall detection I purchased worked during testing. Hopefully, this will work when it is truly needed, but no worries at this time.

Don't like the glowing green light. It works well but I can't hear the phone if I've accidentally hit the button so the ambulance shows up. But last Sunday night I called and went to the hospital now I'm in a nursing - rehabilitation center. Filled out by daughter, Michelen Weaver. I was the one who ordered it.

I have had MobileHelp about two months. The purchase of the plan was simple and I was not coerced into any particular plan. I was freely able to pick the things that were good for me. I feel very safe in my home now knowing that help is only a button away.
