We've had it only 2 weeks and so far like it. The necklace detected fall when I picked it up so it may be a little bit touchy.

Everything was great except that we were sent the wrong equipment. But that was corrected very easily and quickly by a staff of employees where sounded genuinely concerned and eager to correct the situation. Good job guys and gals

i got my mobilhelp that i purchased for my husband. it was easy to activate and test on a weekly basis, if he remembers too.

Was in Hillsborough, N.C. and could not connect to center. Daughter lives in Hillsborough and has very bad cell reception. Tried testing a few times and could not reach center for help. They told me to report problem. Still not sure if Mobilhelp is right for us??

I bought a system for my mom. I was glad that I was the one making the call because the salespeople are pretty aggressive and, at least the first one I talked to, kept going into his sales pitch rather than directly answering my questions. It sounds like they work on commission, which may drive this behavior. I then got a call or text every day for a week. I did end up buying the system. My mom needed it a week later when she fell. I don't know if the fall detection worked because she also pushed the alert button. MobileHelp spoke to her but she had trouble hearing. They contacted emergency services for her. I called customer service about the volume on the GPS unit (the base station has volume control but the GPS unit does not). Their records showed that MobileHelp had trouble hearing my mom, too. They offered to do a test but she's been in the hospital so hasn't been able to do that yet. I appreciate their willingness to do that. The salesguy insisted that the unit is "SO loud" but I helped set it up and test it and didn't think it was as loud as you'd expect for elderly people who may be hard of hearing. Overall, it worked and got my mom the help she needed. One star off for the other stuff.

Telephone renewal of service was reasonablly smooth. Representative was able to find and view record of previous service, and renew service. Delivery of equipment was swift and complete.

First off I want to compliment you on your sales staff.They were helpful,courteous and professional in our dealings.Unfortunally we could not connect for a good signal. I live in an area that has poor to fair internet reception. I had to in a different direction I returned your unit 2/3 weeks ago and now awaiting my refund of 509.61. Sorry it did not work out. This is my mom’s third Mobile Alert. She has had them I. The past and has returned them. Now she cannot as she wants to remain in her home and it is a condition to her staying home. When I ordered the Mobile Help this time, I assumed it was going to be the same equipment that came the other two times. My mom has been complaining that the alarm around her neck was too heavy. I couldn’t u Der stand her complaint. Finally, I called on Dec. 10 and found out that my mom had not received the small neck alarm. She has been wearing the larger one that normally goes in a purse or pocket. After zi called, I found out she did not get the smaller one and I had to pay $11+ to get her the small alarm. I was very surprised.

Fairly easy to set up. My father has dementia and was definitely overwhelmed with all the information. Basically told him to wear it and forget it.

The wrist button is ok, however taking the station with me Ever where I go is an issue. A problem when I go Swimming. When I go biking can take it in a bag. I maybe too active for what the MobileHelp was Designed.

It gives me a sense of security When I am out and about. My wife has had a number of falls and the response from Mobile Help has been excellent.

Wait times seem to be a bit long if all reps are on emergency calls. All else has been acceptable.
